Another awesome uppercut was Dos Santos putting Werdum out cold (and out of the UFC) with one giant clean uppercut. That one takes the gold for me, all the others needed more shots afterwards but Werdum folded like an accordian after that hit.

These are the kind of articles I love on cp. That last sub looks more like a kimura or key lock just using your legs (I've seen it done in the oppostie direction a lot... just not this way. That slam by Matt Hughes was the day I started watching MMA religiously! That was bad ass!
