It may be a new year, but Gina Carano has apparently only gotten more physically attractive since 2009. AskMen.com came out with their ‘Top 99 Most Desirable Women of 2010‘ list, and "Crush" moved up five spots from #73 last year to #68 this year, putting her ahead of starlets like Angelina Jolie (#88) and Jessica Simpson (#82), and just behind Izabel Goulart (#67), whoever that is. The point is, Gina’s star is still on the rise. It’s like my grandfather always said, ‘Good things happen when you take your clothes off on the cover of ESPN the Magazine.’
But Carano isn’t the only woman from the MMA world to grace the list. UFC ring girl Arianny Celeste broke into the double-digits to nab the 98th spot overall. Officially, that means she’s hotter than Jamie-Lynn Sigler (#99) from "Entourage," but not quite as hot as porn star/sort-of-mainstream actress Sasha Grey (#97).
But hey, 98? That’s, you know, good and all. Nothing to be ashamed of there, Arianny. We’re sure all the kids and that one dude’s prom will be impressed. Unless that French chick from "Amelie," who came in at #93, shows up. They see her and hear that accent, forget about it. The boys will line up to pour her a glass of punch and you’ll end up slow-dancing with the creepy P.E. teacher who smells like coffee and old newspapers. Don’t think it can’t happen.

Ok, so i know of eight chicks on this list just from this article, and i disagree with two three of them already (Jessica Simpson because that chick is ugly and annoying, Sasha Grey because she doesn't shave, and the French chick from Amelie because WTF is she doing on a hot list??), and one of them i don't know. Standby for research. Ok, a quick Google suggests Izabel Goulart is effing SMOKING hot, but she's a Victoria's Secret model, and they usually have a short span of hotness. Hopefully, they didn't put all the brunettes down in the 90's so the blondes could have all the top 10's. Anyone got any info on when Gina does Playboy and/or nude scene in Knockout? This is very relevant to my interests.

I call shenanigans on this entire list off 99 after a quick perusal of 99-88 and the top 10. Carrie Underwood and Jessica Simpson both in the top 99? Can anyone--including members of their own families--pick either of these chicks out of a lineup? Maybe, Jessica is the chunky one saying some dumb shit right now. But the topper is this one, dudes: Emmanuelle Chriqui is #1. That sound you just heard was a hundred million men say "Who is that chick?". And you know what? She ain't number one material. I wouldn't kick Gina out of bed (the in-shape Gina, that is), but the idea of her being hotter than the likes of Arianny, Angelina Jolie, Eva Longoria, Sasha Grey, or even Diora Baird and her epic knockers, is laughable. Here's probably the best example of how fucked this list is: they ranked Cate Blanchett at #84. She's very likely the best actress on the list, and not ugly by any means, but at the same time, I can't believe her name would even pop into anyone's head when thinking of the hottest celebrities. Almost as bad, Anna Paquin is #79. WTF? Yeah I'd still do her, but come on now.
