Here are my thoughts about episode three that you been dyin to hear.

1. I listen on a 4gb Nano that is busting at the seams, so the sixteen minutes of dead air at the end are not appreciated. I use the nano because I am cheap and it is small and I can secret it in my anus if things go sideways. Don't use up my precious available memory.

2. A little dry on this run, at least up until the roundtable. Funny it up a little. You are CP, act like it.

3. I am looking foward to having BR on itunes.

4. Ben and that fucking Dundas pwned the roundtable.

5. Gerald Harris is all over the podcasts this week. He should split the ko bonus with Branch, since he did as much to contribute to the slam as Harris.

6. Rex, take the dildo out and assert yourself a little. It's a roundtable, not a circle jerk.

7. You seem to be distancing the Bum Rush from CagePotato a little. Big mistake. Tie it togetther a little. You are the proprietors of the most unique mma site out there. Own that shit.

Simplify the intro, it started cool but then went on for a minute and a half. This is the internet and the age of youtube, I started to lose interest before it even started. ;)

Sounds very much like a radio show, which, is cool, but you guys were a little light on the humour I thought, so depending on which way you are trying to go with this, it was either dry and informative or relatively boring. If you're going more for talk radio sports show about MMA its pretty good. Good background while doing other stuff.

It listened like a compilation of every article I've read in the last week, but for someone who maybe doesn't have the time to keep themselves up to date I could see where the appeal would be.

Be much easier to goof off at work if this were a stream...just saying.
