 We're looking into adding it to iTunes as soon as all of the technical bugs are ironed out.The issue is we live in different countries and our guests are all in different provinces/states, so Skype is the only real option at the moment, but the sound quality fluctuates a great deal.We're looking at doing live shows, possibly via Talkshoe, which would allow for more reader/listener interaction but could be a nightmare to engineer as far as music interludes/transitions.Thanks for the support. I noticed all of my "uhs" and "ums" afterwards and wanted to edit them out, but it would have taken me all week ;)Practice makes perfect, so we'll get some practice and make it better next time.

If this does become a standard fixture...could you please figure out a way for this to come up on the search results for the Google Listen app for Android?? Its a nice interface that I use for all my podcasts and it would be awesome if this was on there. Unfortunately Flash for Android isn't supported yet so I can't use my phone to listen in.

Thank you gentleman, thank you so very much. If you have paid any attention to my comments on this site over the past ten years you would have noticed my periodic pleading for a CP podcast. This technically makes it my brainchild, so now you owe me money.

In lieu of payment please incorporate the following suggestions:

1. Do it live and do it daily.

2. Three hours per day.

3. Lots of metal. Anything Max Cavalera will do, but be diverse as long as it is metal.

4. Put it on itunes for subscription.

We definitely didn't set the bar as high as we could have, for good reason. I think the first show was more serious since we really didn't have a plan in place and kind of flew by the seat of our pants on this one.I'm toying with the idea of a live show and am working out the details now. Keep in mind that we did each segment separately and were dealing with a bunch of different audio quality levels. That was a challenge to try to separate the audio and make everyone sound the same(ish).As always, I appreciate your comments and suggestions. Let me know who we should get for the next show and I'll try to get them.And AgentSmith, I've never been to the expo, even though I lived in Oshawa for the past 3 years and should have attended, since I've been a reporter since they started.It depends on what your expectations are. There are photo and autograph ops with the fighters as well as training seminars and tons of gear to buy/win.I'm really just going to talk to some old friends in the business and to hopefully get some decent content for the site.If you see me, I'll hook you up with a new CP t-shirt.I'll be the dude with the CP shirt that says "GUSBUSTER" on the back....

Bum Rush definitely needs more levity. It is, after all, the CP trademark.

@ Get Off Me: I like your thoughts though there's quite a difference between Brock and Silva imo. Silva utterly destroyed his opponents while being a very experienced, well known fighter while Brock... Well he's Brock and actually lost one of the fights. Otherwise yeah I agree with you. I actually think Jacare is worth a title shot. I like him.

And my question about the sound being bad wasn't a complaint. I just wanted to know if other people thought so or if the problem was on my end. Love the show and hope you keep them coming!

Let's not forget that Dan Henderson got title shots in BOTH of his first two UFC fights. Granted, he was a Pride champ/star which isn't comparable to Jacare, but Strikeforce has to work with what they've got, which isn't much.

Roundtable was the best bit and also the IFL rap. I kind of miss Pride for the signature theme tunes like "Rampage! Rampage!!

I especially like how you used my views from the Wednesday's BJ Penn article on the Steroid/GSP discussion, I suggest that you mention the readers and individual's who post comments that you discuss moving foward...it will create more of a loyalty to the show.

Also, the comment on Jacre getting a title shot two fights in to Strikeforce was not very well founded....Brock Lesnar(3), Anderson Silva(2) were champions within their first three fights in the UFC....Lesnar even lost one of his first two....Truth is the talent pool in MMA is not as deep as we we like to imagine, many title fights are more like squash matches in both UFC and Strikeforce.

It was a good show, but make it a little more about the culture of Cagepotato, this will seperate you from all other MMA radio shows out there.

I live in Toronto and am considering whether or not to go to the MMA Expo this weekend. Is it worth going to, and which day would probably be better?

It appears that there may be some technical difficulties with BumRush--mine's frozen up twice now after the IFL rap. So Mike is probably working that, instead of making my write up funny posting my write up. Ben's out of the office today training for the BME Pain Olympics, so Mike's busier than a one legged man in an ass-kicking contest.
