What a dickface...I love how he tries to pass off Ridgewood, NJ as NEW YORK and Wheaton as CHICAGO. Why not actually *go* to those places? He'd sell a lot more books. Does he think there are a lot of readers in Festus, MO (a.k.a "ST. LOUIS")?
