After eight shows and a whole lot of colorful prose from ReX13, Bellator’s second season is entering its climactic Finals stage tomorrow night at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. Headlining Bellator 21 will be the lightweight final between grappling ace Toby Imada — who submitted James Krause and Carey Vanier (both via second-round armbar) to get to the end of the bracket — and Pat Curran, who earned his spot in the finals by knocking out Mike Ricci and scoring an upset decision over Roger Huerta. The winner of the fight will face Bellator lightweight champ Eddie Alvarez later this year.
Also on tomorrow’s card, the world’s #1 pound-for-pound female fighter Megumi Fujii will make her Bellator debut against Sarah Schneider. Fujii is expected to compete in Bellator’s Season 3 115-pound women’s tournament, which starts in August. You can check out Bellator 21 live on FOX Sports Net starting at 8 p.m. ET, or whenever they decide to broadcast it in your area.
As for Bellator’s other Season 2 tournament finals, Dan Hornbuckle and Ben Askren will do battle in the welterweight finals at Bellator 22 (June 17, Kansas City), while Bellator’s season finale (June 24, Louisville) will feature the final matches of the featherweight (Joe Warren vs. Patricio "Pitbull" Freire) and middleweight (Bryan Baker vs. Alexander Shlemenko) brackets. If you have 94 minutes to spare, check out the video at the top of the post, which runs down all the tournament action up to this point.

After getting humped for 3 minutes, Hornbuckle will choke Askren unconscious with a Triangle Choke, while making it visible that he feels terrible about it afterwords.
