…and here’s why. More proof that Dana White at UFC Fan Expo Q+As — much like a mafioso on the day of his daughter’s wedding — is highly receptive to outlandish requests.
Speaking of Fan Expos, the UFC has officially announced that their next one will take place October 7th and 8th at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. The two-day event will coincide with a yet-to-be-announced UFC pay-per-view card on 10/8, which will likely be hosted at the Toyota Center.

I agree with all of you and I have never said anything negative about Dana.. but he is not an “owner” per say he only owns 10% which is a minority share.. but he is for sure the best President or Chairman in all of professional sports!

Bar none…this is why Dana White is the greatest owner in all of professional sports! Swagger Jackers…say what you want…but if it weren’t for Dana you wouldn’t even have the opportunity to post on websites like these.
Props to DW for being so cool like this but most of these QA sessions have become unwatchable because all that people ask now if for tickets or special treatment.

Dana White is the man. Plain and simple. It’s stuff like this that has put the UFC where it is today. Hope GSP wins so that fan has the greatest moment of his life.

I hope this random guy can answer the other question some fans have about GSP. When he straps on the belt, he should pinch GSP’s ass and gauge the reaction. Does GSP turn to him and smile? Or, does he KO him!
OK so I finally had my chance to ask DW the million dollar question yesterday at the Fan Expo. “Why is CagePotato banned from Media Credentials at UFC events including the Fan Expo?” His reply was simple; “Do your homework!” So of course I brought up the leaked Arianny photos, and then I had to say “Is that the real reason, c’mon just say it.” DW looked at me a smirk and said ” It’s not the only reason that’s for fucking sure!” SO there ya have it. It is official. CP is one of the few out there that has the true ability to piss DW off any day of the week! LOL Good job guys!
Hurray for populism. Love it. The sports runs from its fan base, and there ain’t nothing wrong with demonstrating it by doing things like this.

No, this is why this is the sport of the future and dispite all of his short comings, DW is really the guy to take it there. Why can’t you imagine stern or goodell doing this? because they are pompous above the frey dictators who think the fans are a hinderance. DW thinks they made him go from a (giggle if you are a tool) aerobics instructor to damn near a billionaire. He has never shown a hint of not knowing or forgetting this. UFC monopoly hate away, waaaaa, CP can’t get in the expo, that was seriously the coolest thing any major sports commissioner/operator has ever done. anything negative said is speaking out of your ‘i can’t move out of mommies basement and am a complete failure and hate all who succeed because i imagine they hold me down, not my 92 bong hits a day habit’ bullshit.
What an awesome thing for that guy if Dana goes through with it! Dana is almost always fucking awesome to the fans! The two times I have met him, I’ve been stumbling drunk around Vegas and he still took the time to talk to me, and was nothing but nice and appreciative of my fan support. And the second time I talked to him, I saw him and Nate Diaz outside the Spearmint Rhino and the night before Lesnar’s debut in the UFC, and I babbled something drunkenly incoherent about how I wanted Mir to rip a leg or arm off that roided up fake wrestler to show him fighting was more than being huge. I said I was pissed because all the good seats sold out so fast in the pre-sale to the pro-wrestling fans, and I was up in the rafters. Dana actually gave me upgraded tickets to half-way decent seats. Nothing crazy like ringside, or anything like that, but they were a couple in what is usually the $350/seat section. I hear this is a pretty common thing he does, as well. So more power to the guy! From my perspective he has always been great to the fans. But then again, he’s never threatened to fuck me worse than I’ve ever been fucked before.

random dude did inded get to put the belt on GSP, and for a big fat guy he did it well. GSP had no idea who that was. good job random dude you did great, and Dana was absolute class and kept his promise. this ranks up there as one the best PPV’s ever for the UFC, at least in my mind. Everyone I wanted to win, did so.
