(The “douche bag” in question.)
This morning, Team Rampage’s Gerald Harris said that Jeremy May “seems to get on everyone’s nerves except mine.” Get on everyone’s nerves? That might be the understatement of the week. Nearly the entire TUF 7 cast hate-hate-hates Jeremy, and said as much in interviews and blog posts that were published today. Here are some highlights; major props to MMAJunkie.
Brandon Sene: “Jeremy is one of those guys [who] just got under everyone’s skin. He’s so abrasive and cocky that in the situation we’re living in, with 16 fighters in a house and them all having strong personalities, it’s not easy to be the one guy everyone thinks is the egomaniac and a jerk. That’s really saying something… He was just saying unnecessary stuff. He was a pain in the ass the whole time we were there.”
C.B. Dollaway: “What can be said about Jeremy May that won’t offend my family and sponsors? This guy would spend countless hours talking about how he would demolish everyone in the house. I honestly think Jeremy is surprised that Anderson Silva is not calling him out. Team Rampage knows they need Jeremy as a training partner and for the sole purpose of gaining control. We want him to win his fights for this reason only. It would be fine if he got stomped for two rounds and pulled out a come-from-behind victory. Maybe a good whooping would humble him.
During the point of the show you saw in Wednesday’s episode, I was really learning to hate this guy, and I am usually a low-key, easy-to-get-along with person. I would be lying if I told you I did not feel like smashing him myself at times. After Matthew Riddle’s fight, I think our whole team was learning how big of an ass Jeremy really was. His comments to Matthew in the van ride back to the house about getting submitted by armbar were out of line. That was a great fight, and both fighters had nothing to be ashamed of…
On the ride home, Jeremy already insulted Matthew and basically had the entire team wishing he had mat herpes and would just go home already. As you saw Jeremy is not happy with just playing the practical joke; he needs everyone in the house to know what he is doing and when. He thought he was on the ‘Real World’ and not ‘TUF’.”
Luke Zachrich: “After the fight recap, they show a scene from Team Rampage’s van in which Jeremy May makes a comment to Matthew about not defending the armbar and still getting an Xbox. This leads to the world being able to see what a loser Jeremy is. First, he locks the door on the guys who are out in the hot tub then goes on to write ‘Jeremy The BAMF May lives here’ on the ceiling. They made this out to look like he wrote on the ceiling right after he locked the door, but this happened on separate occasions.
The ‘The BAMF’ then starts throwing stuff at Jesse Taylor. You can tell by watching the expressions on everyone’s faces every time they show a clip of Jeremy that he isn’t liked by anyone. Unfortunately, there was always some stupid crap like this that ‘The BAMF’ was pulling. I’m sure there will be plenty more to see in weeks to come.
Next week I’ll have more information on the the saga, but I can assure you all of one thing: win or lose, Jeremy May is a douche bag.”

Stop hatin you pieces of $hit
Yall say you dont like him.....remember that cuz i know in a few years when hes up there in the top where i know hell be ,yall are gunna be like" sh-it maybe he aint that bad"
If I ever see May fight on a UFC card again, I'll quit watching UFC for good!!!
What Im trying to say that on no matter what show whether its a reality show, or a wrestling show, or a soap opra or what ever, somebody has to be the bad guy nomatter what because thats showbiz. Jeremy May happens to be the bad guy on ultament fighter 7 and I respect him for that reason.
Notice that at 21, jeremy may is one of the youngest guys on the show. Nearly all the other cage fighters are older and have lived more life and have lived through more than jeremy may has.
So in conclusion, jeremy is only 2 years out of his teenager years and mabey has not grown out of his teenager ways yet. The other 21 year olds have grown out of there teenager years and jeremy hasnt. And why not? Thats just Jeremy May.
Im pretty sure when he reaches 27 or 28, he'll eventually grown out of his mind tricking teenager ways.
Just look at the last GSP vs Serra fight. Serra really played it up with the "bad guy" role but after the fight they're huggin', saying how much they respect one another, and probably went for a beer after the fight.
Is Jeremy May a real a-hole in real life? Don't know. But it's obvious after seeing his lame effort against Matt Brown that May is undeserving to be in even in a beer league fighting association; let alone the UFC. May is a hack with no fighting talent and he's hamming it up for his 15 minutes (or a bit more) of fame. If he's not play acting then he is truly a pathetic loser in more ways than one.
Random question....
Why exactly does Riddle get an XBOX 360 for getting armbarred? Was that part of the pre-fight deal, or is it some kind of Dana White's twisted humor played on a kid? I mean, who would fight in a cage against professional fighters so he can play the latest grand theft auto? That's kinda like Todd Hays risking his life to fight Rickson Gracie for the sole purpose of buying a bobsled.... a bobsled
