From KO Dynasty Sports Management:
We are still looking into the matter as a lot of the facts are still unclear. We back Josh 100% in resolving this issue as quickly as possible, and putting this matter behind us and moving forward.
I know Josh on a personal and business level, and he is a great person, fighter, and loving father. We apologize to Josh’s fans, family, friends, and the UFC while we have to deal with this incident. We are very grateful that the UFC has supported Josh thru out his career and has given him the opportunity to be a co-main event.
In no way do we ever want to bring any negativity towards the UFC as they have been nothing but great to Josh. Josh is already looking forward to put this incident behind him, and is focusing on his fight with Mac Danzig.
We would hope everyone would reserve judgment until all the facts are known in a court of law instead of just going off of hearsay.
No further comments will be made until after the court hearing. Josh wants to thank his friends, fans, family, training partners, The UFC, and everyone that stands behind him for supporting him thru his career.
Best Regards
Mickey Dubberly

"I know Josh on a personal and business level, and he is a great person, fighter, and loving father." - THE MANAGEMENT Sorry PR nutbag, great people don't take the police on drunken hundred mph car chases. People consider Ghandi to be a great person not binge drinking shit driving meat heads who can recover from a PIT maneuver while intoxicated.

We would hope everyone would reserve judgment until all the facts are known in a court of law instead of just going off of hearsay. Wha.....reserve judgment til the facts come out, going off hearsay.....what, your boy was drunk, hit a car that then hit a cop car and running from the law at speeds over 100 miles per hour putting anyone around him in danger of getting killed, just before the biggest fight of his life....that's all fact asshole...sorry if I don't have sympathy for a guy barreling down the road at over 100 miles per hour plastered putting everyone on the road in danger...fuck him. I've had a couple friends die from piece of shit drunk drivers who did this sort of shit, I've got no respect for this cunt. Oh and what kind of fool thinks he can out run the cops, you might out run a cop car but you'll never out run a radio and helicoptor....fucking drunken idiot.
