Our first interactive edition of The Bum Rush Radio Show went really well yesterday thanks to our loyal readers and listeners who really made the episode.
We’re thinking about doing a live segment for every episode moving forward, so let us know what you think about the idea and whether or not you’d all be interested in participating in future shows.
If you didn’t catch Episode 9 live yesterday, we spoke a bit about UFC 121 and the UFC-WEC merger as well as a glut of other topics including how CP came to be. Some of our loyal readers got in on the action sharing their favorite Cage Potato moments and how they stumbled across our little site.
Rounding out the show, we spoke to UFC middleweight contender Nate Marquardt about his UFC 122 opponent Yushin Okami, PEDs, the opinion of some that Team Jackson fighters play it safe and taking Internet trolls to task for real.

I agree with Mo on bringing an interactive session around regularly. Out here on the Left Coast we probably won't ever find a time when I'm not at work, but I at least enjoy wasting my work day listening, and can type some shit to chat along.
I'm sure Fowlkes was rubbing one out in the shower just thinking about how his new site was #3 on the mmapayout media list, but we all know who the real #1 is - Sherdog. Because you know, they have that FightFinder, and all. But after them, it is defintiely CagePotato. And the writers and commenters here aren't nearly as big of douches.

In all seriousness. I'm hardcore loyal to this site to the point that I do not even go to other MMA sites. I occasionally read an article here and there from Fowlkes, but after his reluctance to call in, I think it's time to forget about my old dad. He's never around when I need him and when he is, he's drunk. Actually, that is my favorite CP memory....Old Dad's Christmas video was fucking gold.
