Mayhem Calls Jacare a “Vagina-Head Brazilian”

Nothing like a crude insult to get people hyped for a re-rematch. While watching DREAM.9 yesterday morning, we were surprised at the level of anger Jason Miller displayed towards Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza when their fight was halted by doctors and eventually stopped due to the giant soccer-kick-related cut on the Brazilian fighter’s scalp. (The video is after the jump in case you haven’t seen it.) After all, Jacare wanted to keep fighting, and it’s not like he put that gash on his head himself.

Was Miller just pissed that his new MTV fans didn’t get to see him beat some ass? Or was there bad blood between Mayhem and Jacare that we don’t know about? At any rate, it seems like Miller wants to make things publicly personal for his third meeting with Souza. That match hasn’t yet been tied to a specific DREAM event yet, though the next rounds of their Super Hulk and Featherweight GP tournaments are slated for September in Tokyo.

it wasnt a dq because the fight continued. they should have put a tampon in it and let them go about thier business. i mean really i like them both...but jacare had no chance anyways that night...i think he got off lucky..

The best part is when the less retarded, non-australian commentator says "jason's a veteran fighter. he wouldn't be in this tournament, uh sorry, he wouldn't be in this title fight if he wasn't a veteran fighter."

Haha, why the hell did he kick him in the head. He did it, it was stupid he deserved to lose. Try again next time. No excuses just because its in Japan doesn't mean anything goes. He does that in the UFC or something against a big name guy and his rep is ruined not to mention if Herb Dean was reffing he would have gotten a loss. He should be lucky it was a no contest for doing something so stupid. His fault not Jacare's. Try again next time Mayhem.

Jacare told Mayhem in a pre fight that he was going to break him. And the 2nd time the ref stopped it jason said "i thought u were gonna break me motherfucker"

Hey Mayhem is just trying to get paid. He admitted and apologized about the show. What's the big deal? The guys may not really be bullies toward the other guys. Who cares? It still brings in real mma fighters to fight every-day-joes. That's interesting and I must admit, I watch it, despite thinking it was the stupidest idea for a show ever.

Look at his record, he has fought the best and always had a respectable showing. He's a top notch fighter with a personality. I'd like to see him back ASAP. Bring a Dream title to the US!

So, does he get paid for a No Contest? What's the deal on that?

I agree, it should have been a DQ/Loss for "Mayhem". He did an illegal kick, so it should have been treated as such.

I also wonder what's up with the "Vaginahead brazilian" and "Down-syndrome brazilian", I wonder how his brazilian training partners feel about this. He was training with Babalu in the "Kingdom of Mayhem" videos.

Maybe it's just me, but if someone kicks a guy in the head, calling him
a vaginahead afterward doesn't seem so insulting. Unless of course the resulting cut resembles a vagina. Either way, Mayhem's lucky it was ruled a NC. weird aftermaths @ Dream 9. Who saw THAT coming!

what a loser, yea your FAKE MTV show you fuckin sellout. he issued a public statement crying about the fakeness of the show and now he says this bs. jacare was poppin him in the face and then judo tossed him right into side control, I dont see how miller was even close to winning that fight. he is definitely a clown, coming out to a staged performance, waving to the crowd during a fight. the only fans this dude has are in japan because they like anything that jumps up and down with a flaming orange stripe on top of their empty dome.

I lost all respect I ever had for Miller, talking shit to a guy who wants to keep fighting but bleeding too much... as if Jacare wanted to pause and re examine the cut. trying to look like a tough guy in front of his friends after he just got bitch tossed by a guy who he already lost to. what a fuckin joke.

Uh.. Is it just me or was that kick aimed at Jacare's legs, which it hit, and then skidded off into Jacare's face? I rewound it a couple times and it looks like the kick was intended for Jacare's legs and kind of ricochet'd into his dome..


EDIT: Nvm, that wasn't Jacare's knee the kick hit, it was his face.. Sooo yea nvm.
