Michael Bisping Has Multiple Snitches in His Camp, According to Mayhem Miller

(More proof that being on the right side of any photo immediately makes Bisping fall asleep. / Photo via CombatLifestyle)

While preparing for this Saturday’s TUF 14 Finale grudge match against Michael Bisping, Jason Miller recently wrote the following on his website:

“I just want everyone to understand how fricken hard I am training. I have never trained this hard or smart for a fight in my life. In ironic twist news- I’m totally getting reimbursed for John Dodson’s insubordination. I’m not even asking about Michael’s training, but for some reason all the friends that I’ve had for years that are working with him seem to be inclined to tell me about his camp and what he’s doing. I don’t want or need this info, I’m going to beat him regardless, just found it interesting. Pretty karmic.”

Hmm. Michael Bisping’s TUF 14 assistant coaches Tiki Ghosn and Rob McCullough train in the same Huntington Beach circles as Miller — could they be moles infiltrating the Brit’s camp in the name of American patriotism? Or is Mayhem just trying to get in the Count’s head? Bisping is convinced that it’s the latter, telling InsideMMA:

I know for a fact that none of them have been divulging secrets. I think this is a sign of Jason [being] a little bit nervous [about] the impending doom that’s coming his way this coming weekend and he’s trying to unsettle my camp. I think he’s looking at the [Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson] spygate thing and trying to jump on that bandwagon. Good luck, Jason, but better luck next time.”

Semi-related: Michael Bisping accidentally (?) spoils tomorrow night’s TUF 14 semifinal between Diego Brandao and Bryan Caraway. Don’t watch it if you don’t want to know.

If you don't like a person, why not leave his camp and go join another one? The whole idea of having snitches in a camp is a ridiculous one and one i don't particularly believe is possible. Besides, the effectiveness of knowing the other person's strategy in a fight is questionable. I mean, one that bell rings, it doesn't take very long for you to figure out what the other guy's trying to do. KOS knew GSP was going after him with the left jab but he still ate it for 5 rounds. BJ got out boxed by Edgar for 10 rounds in a row. Strategies shmategies, you gotta be ready for anything when the bell rings.

I'll take the "D-" on that one.

Mayhem keeps pointing out that he's never trained this seriously or this hard for a fight before.
Dude! you're 30 years old, your career is nearly over, and you've never taken this shit for real?? I believe you but at least shut up about it, its like writing DUMBASS in superglue all over your forehead. Dumb. Ass.

Haven't watched the video yet, but this is (possibly) what I've been going on about for ages. If you watch the end of the last episode, when Dillashaw's photo is being slid into the photo frame to signify he's reached the final, the other three frames are shown, and two of them are filled, when obviously only one should be. This is why I was so annoyed when you didn't do an episode recap last time, it's the first time I've ever had something relevant and interesting to point out.

Kneeing Rivera in the face should be considered an act of honour or something, Bisping shoulda get a fucking award for that, don't care if that unfunny piece of shot Rivera has a knee on the ground or is uncounscious. He talked shit for months before the fight then got the shit beat out of him and complains over stupid shit like that, just fuck off asshole!

@ danomite

Not to mention that for the next 36 hours everyone you meet looks like a dragon.

no, he meant won-ton. It's the new drug all the kids are doing these days. you takes your drugs, crush them up, and sprinkle them over some won-ton soup. It's delicious.

@ Xeno: Unless he's smoking dumplings, I think you meant "wanton". Spelling is important goddamnit

i don't see the last "the ultimate fighter" episode recap. god forbid this site had clickable tags and organization! why even use wordpress if you make absolutely no use of the platform.

What a repeat of the "rampage-gate" from just weeks ago. LAME.
A better psychological angle for propaganda is to talk about the other guys wife cheating, won-ton drug usage in the others camp, or to talk about an injury the opponent is not disclosing. If done right, its all out instilling doubt in all surrounding the target. So that the target starts to falter as well.
In Bispings case, he is very knee-jerk with his comments, and one could guess it easy to push his button repeatedly.

Does anyone know what the fuck Tiki actually coaches? Is it goatee trimming?
Morningwood- November 29, 2011 at 9:03 am
really? rooting for bisping? Even if you don't like Mayhem, how can anyone root for a cheating, spitting, a-hole like bisping? You should root for a simutaneuos ko.
HusseinObama- November 29, 2011 at 8:56 am
For the first time ever I'm rooting for Bisping, cause goddamnit Mayhem is one of the pound for pound douchiest fighters today. Fuck that guy!
