We can now count Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic as a member of the "Brock Haters Club" that already includes Mike Swick, Logan Stanton, and Stephen Colbert. As the UFC heavyweight (currently, but don’t jinx it) said during a recent interview:
Filipovic is just saying, for the sake of argument, that it would be interesting to see how Brock reacts to a few good leg kicks, hypothetically, from someone who really knows how to deliver them, and we’re just talking here, but why couldn’t that person be a Croatian fighter and part-time actor? Personally, I’m not a fan of this particular line of criticism. If you can’t overcome size and power with skill and technique, then your skill and technique is lacking — and to suggest that wrestling doesn’t fall under the umbrella of "martial skills," and that Brock isn’t highly proficient in his particular martial art, means that your view of MMA is probably a bit too narrow. But if Cro Cop can beat up Junior Dos Santos at UFC 103, he may get a chance to tangle with Lesnar. So what would it be: Brock by smothering, or Mirko by head kick KO?

Now that I think about it, I would love to see the UFC feed Cro Cunt to Lesnar. It would certainly accomplish a number of things. Most notably, it would build further credibility for Lesnar as the champion. Also, it would give a nice payback to Cro Cunt for all his recent bullshit. Mirko ain't exactly a well-rounded "martial artist" either... he's about as much a one-trick pony as Brock is. Mirko's trick is kickboxing, and Brock's is wrestling. The difference is, Brock has only been doing this for a couple years and is bound to evolve, while Mirko is all he's ever going to be.
