The UFC’s first event on Versus was a good night for those of you MMA FightPickers who like to play it safe. Favorites ruled the day and underdogs went down hard, meaning that the crazy riverboat gamblers among you probably took a much-deserved beating. As for our own petty rivalry, it was my (BF) night from start to finish. While BG scored a respectable 250 points, he didn’t come close to my 12 for 12 Perfecta, which earned me 400 points and landed me tied for first in our pool, right alongside some joker named Felix Apslund. Better luck next time, Goldstein. I totally don’t mean that.
As for other big winners, Aaron Rampey maintains his overall lead with 1,969 Potato Chips and 26 pool victories, but Me is on his tail (kind of) with 1,370 Chips and 18 pools won. Rounding out the top five pool winners overall are Ryan Johnson in the third spot, surf_finland in fourth, and herbaliser in fifth.
Ricky Broomstick (God, I hope that’s his real name) and Stephen Waggoner (I don’t care whether that’s his real name) were our two big prize pool winners this weekend, which means they’ll both be getting that sweet $200 prize package from MMA Warehouse.
That’s cool and all, but let’s look toward the future. UFC 111 is this Saturday, and what with it being a big event and all we thought we’d match it with an appropriately big prize. So we went out and got a couple of Apple iPad’s for you chumps. Look at us all cutting edge over here. The question now is, who’s got the stones to come and claim these bad boys in one of our two prize pools?
Check this week’s questions after the jump.

commentsBut I must say that finding the way to the history wasn't the most straightforward thing in the world :D
Didn't realize that you could press the headline "History" under My pools, looked more like just text rather than a link.
I'll paste the response you gave me here incase anyone else has problems finding it, "To find your pool history go into FightPicker. On the right hand side under the My Pools section click “history”. Or click “view my pools” then “history” to see the full list."
Thanks again :)
Addressing some issues today.
makes me love this site all the more.
FTR, i think the option to not answer a question is valid. Perfectas are given based on how many questions are answered, so if someone answers six questions correctly, they'd only get a 60 point bonus...your score isn't bulletproof unless you answer them all.
Would have like to have seen some questions about Dream to help weed out the guessers and casual peeps, but i'm not complaining too much.
In other news, this week really busted my chaps as there were multiple perfectas in every pool I saw. While I am proud that some of the vets were able to pull them off, some of them were random people who always pick with the majority.
Yes, I am bitter, becuase I sucked.
I posted on an old thread, I filled out three surveys on 2/25/10, never received any chips, they were mysurveys.com, winningsurveys.com, and arcamax, anyway to get those chips?
I had 1,969 before the picks this week and won a couple of pools but still have the same total. I had the chips added to my winnings, but the leaderboard didn't reflect that.
My guess is that was probably the case for other people as well.
The rules on this need to be clarified.
1) Please make it so that non-answers are minus 10 points. Non-answers should not be rewarded. Seems like those who don't wanna choose on a closer fight get rewarded for no choosing... doesn't seem fair.
2) Please allow us to change our picks the same day as the fight with a cut-off of several hours before fight time. The weigh-in photos and all that pre-fight hype can change a persons mind overnight (Irvin, case in point).
Thank you for your time, sir.

Where are spreads when you need them??
