whatever you people nevertheless brock was the very best ever have no idea ANYTHING about mma im glad he was finally uncovered for which he realy is! requires a good punch my ass carwin didnt even land neat and put him on his ass and when he's still on his ft he turns his back just like a 6 grade boy in the first fight!

Could it have went any better for Cain Velasquez on at UFC 121?
Look what he did to Brock, had him all over the place like it was his first time in the Octagon.
Cain is the best striker in the HW division, that whole mess was caused by a couple well placed lefts, rights and knees. I think the reason Cain popped up so fast from the takedown was that Brock was already in bobble head mode from the stand up.

Brock tried to go at him like a spider monkey and after he couldn't take him down with the single leg or the slap chop plan B evaporated. At least he hung around long enough to get his head caved in and didn't run out of the ring crying before the result was even announced. I'm looking forward to Carwin/ Nelson and Velasquez/ JDS. Shit's just starting to heat up again in the heavyweight division.

But on a serious note, I like how Cain walks him down. Look at him stalking Brock, not rushing in, looking for his spots. That 3 sec sequence shows a fighter totally out of control, and the other one being totally composed. Polar opposites. wow.
