The powerbomb was not worth watching this douche with the failbeard.
Also it doesn't deserved to be mentioned with the Rampage powerbomb because it was done to someone who wasn't at that level and it didn't look that powerful.
Thank you for putting the 4:44 time so i didn't have to waste any more time on the video but no thank you for posting this at all.

I'm not going to watch but I'm guessing his segment on avoiding training injuries goes like this:
Step one - Avoid injuries by not going to the gym at all. Instead, spend all day manscaping the Glorious Ball Tickler of Absolute Douchiness on your face.
