More Great UFC 106 Photos

(‘Just great, Anthony. Because of you, now Josh is squinting.  Do you hear me?  Squinting!’)

As usual, Fight Magazine has a ton of awesome photos from UFC 106, including this moment of sober reflection where Anthony Johnson gets glared at by Mario Yamasaki before being sent to a neutral corner to think about what he’s done.  Johnson appeared to be pretty angry at himself for kneeing Josh Koscheck while he was down, and then he saw the replay on the big screen.  That’s when his remorse turned into indignation.  Little did he know that his own eyeball would get skewered just moments later.

To see the full gallery, go here.  To see the winner of the Punch-Face of the Night award, continue on after the jump.

Have some sympathy.  He did come into this fight with a cracked skull.

There was an eye poke like 3 seconds before the knee. There wasnt any replay that showed it.

We need a punch face of Luis Cane during that left hook Lil Nog put him away with. Cane's head was torqued BACK.

Josh Koscheck always looks like he's snorting when he throws a punch.

Koscheck milked that shit like a veteran dairy farmer. The illegal knee was at least partially blocked by his own arm, and the eye-poke never even happened. No coincidence that Johnson had him rocked a few seconds before, then he conveniently gets a few minutes off to recuperate.

But as much as he is a sneaky, borderline-cheating douchebag, he's right that the idea of Dan Hardy as the #1 contender is a joke.

Kos openly admitted in the post fight interview(not the presser) that he was merely grazed and he used the time to recover from the shots Rumble gave him earlier. All that is, is make good use of the mother fuckin' time alotted to you. As for the eye pokes to Johnson later on, everyone knows that AJ got those weak eyes. Kos is just trying to get to that belt. Dont hate him just because he learned how to succeed in a flawed system(see Ohio State).

Kos took an ILLEGAL knee to the arm that went to the head! we all know rumble has devestating power so a graze of the eye could still hurt like hell!! but he got up and choked him out! he sub'ed him! how is that cheating?

Eat shit Koscheck, fu*kin' cheater.
Nice fight, Tito. I lost a dollar on your fat head. Way to "throw" the fight into a third, tiebreaker. Nice work UFC on rewarding those you don't deserve the bonuses.

The last time I saw acting that bad some whore was banging War Machine.

I'd like to hear someone interview him and ask him why he faked being hurt. If you ask me, AJ had hurt him, and he was just using that time to recover.

And the OSCAR goes to Josh Koscheck ... for Best Actor in a Supporting Role.
