"This is our time. This is our sport. And we’re just getting started." — So intones the narrator of this official tribute to the UFC’s evolution. Maybe it doesn’t rock as hard as the Bowie-soundtracked fan-made compilation we showed you earlier, but with three days left until UFC 100, it’ll help get you in the proper reflective mood.

Randy Couture chats with Steve Cofield after coming back from a tour of duty on the set of The Expendables, which Couture describes as a modern version of The Dirty Dozen due to all the star-power behind it; his personal body-count in the movie is an estimated 26. Unfortunately, the Natural says he won’t be at UFC 100 because he’ll be in Seattle with his son, and tells Steve that his current divorce won’t affect his mental preparation for his UFC 102 fight against Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira. "I wish I could say it was my first rodeo," he says.

Jon Fitch sees his UFC 100 fight against Paulo Thiago as an opportunity to close the holes in his game and redeem the reputation of AKA. Will Thiago’s luck run out against Fitch on Saturday night, or will he shock the world again?

Randy is going to destroy Nogueira. I think he’s going to make him look bad just as Mir did to Nog. It’s time for Nog to tip his cap and retire. I think Randy should retire as well. I love to watch him fight and he’s an inspiration to me hoping that I could even dream to be in that kind of shape at his age but he should hang it up as well.
