Not sure exactly what you meant by that, I'm assuming you're a slow person. You do know that when a fighter holds on a choke they don't let go till the referee tells them to, a fighter would never notice his/her opponent is out from a choke then ground and pound his/her face in. Now if you're talking about the referee letting a fight continue while an opponent was KO'd I understand but that's not what happened there and I doubt any referee would let a fighter get KO'd completely then allow punches to thier face for over 20 seconds. That never happened once in the sport.

If you read this article by MMAJunkie.com you'll see that even though this referee might have a poor sense of when the opponent actually went out, he still did stop the fight in plenty of time before any serious damage was caused. Basically what you saw looked worse than what actually happened.
