Old and busted ————–new hotness.

Ok, so this story starts off sounding very familiar — Hollywood makes a movie, movie gets some buzz, porn industry makes a spin-off with a punny title and maybe a wardrobe budget. We guess sometimes production companies get involved, and sometimes they can even get awards? Man, we bet his mom is so proud.

Anyways, one of you perverts tipped us off to a film being released next month that may sound familiar to you. Called “Fighters”, it tells the story of “two beautiful, passionate girls, from opposite walks of life that come together in a battle of lust and unyielding wills to fight it out in a stealthy boxing match. The intense physical sparring both in and out of the ring leads to some fierce sexual encounters.” Apparently it’s an ensemble cast with multiple plot threads involving trust and betrayal, persistence and heart, and the value of hard work.  (According to a source, there’s also a great deal of screwing.)

We actually found a press release for the film (which is worth reading in its probably-NSFW-entirety here); here are some gems from the publicist:

Jesse Jane and Kayden Kross both underwent months of rigorous training in boxing and fight choreography for their roles. Jesse says “Fighters” was the hardest movie she’s ever done. “I had to train in boxing for three months before we started shooting and gained some serious muscle weight. It took a lot of hard work and commitment, but it was worth it. I think this is the best I’ve ever done in a movie, and I can’t wait to see it!!!” “I’ve never actually immersed myself in a role so deeply.” echoes Kayden, “Jesse and I had to undergo a physical and mental transformation for our characters to be authentic and I hope the fans like what they see!”

Says Director Robby D:

“So often in the adult industry, we get cast in a negative light with regards to the treatment of women. This story is about the empowerment of women and the ability for people in general to overcome obstacles in their lives and regain control. There is also a lot of hot, dirty sex and some great cat fights.”

Oh, the ironing.

Now here’s where the story takes a turn.

Reports have come out that star Jesse Jane (above left), who is old as dirt and it somehow still employed at the advanced age of 31, has been a little salty lately because of a perceived lack of respect. This has led to some friction between her and a talented nineteen-year-old prospect by the nomme de poon of Bibi Jones (above right).  According to adult film gossip blog (no, we’re not kidding) AdultFYI.com, Jane allegedly “took her role too seriously” during shooting and beat Bibi up (but not in the porn-y way you expect), prompting Jones to leave the set bruised and in tears. Some brief research on the interwebs tell us that it takes a lot to make a porn star cry. Like, really a lot.

The fued has reportedly continued, with Jane being pulled from a promotional stop on the Howard Stern Show and being replaced by — wait for it — Bibi Jones.  Jane went and lost her damn mind on Twitter, while Jones — bless her heart — has been non-confrontational.
