this is by no mean a bias post, but wasnt the 'machida era' the dumbest thing ever... he KO's Gayshaud Evans and it becomes the 'era of the dragon' and then lost the next two fights to Shogun (not technically but cmon, seriously you know what i mean). So Every time someone wins a championship it becomes their era? I would think you have to at least defend the belt three times for it to become your 'era'.... any thoughts cp nation?

I like both fighters so it is a tough call. My first thought is that Machida will win via KO actually. I would like to see Page use the cage and maybe some GnP. I just hope they both do well regardless of the outcome.

Besides the fact that this little post is kinda of lame and i dont like wasting my thoughts on such meaningless ideas, id have to say Rampage wins. on these unsaid topics.

CREATIVE CHARACTER
Jackson: Wears a chain, put chickens in Rashads car on TUF 10 ( claaasic), and drives a truck with his howling face blasted on the side of it.
Machida: Drinks pee-pee cause dadda says it makes you strong, and sits under waterfalls to gain serenity.
Advantage: Rampage, mainly because he keeps his pee right where it should be..............in Tikis mouth.

ACTUAL FIGHTING CAREER
Jackson: Has slammed, jammed, and crammed people to ko's or gritty decisions, and yes many submissions in his younger years, from Japan to the States and dealing with many big names along the way.
Machida: Has three true ko wins the rest have been some good and some not so good decisions and two submissions
Advantage: Clearly the man who has SLAMMED a person unconscious.

Hopefully, Rampage will be smarter than Rashad, and utilize his wrestling to GNP Machida. Either that or use a lot of clinch work against the steel to wear him out. If he can't do one or both of these things, he will lose.
