Randy Couture Says Brock Lesnar Is Back in Training

Well look who’s getting name-checked on "Inside MMA."  Ron Kruck references our story on Brock Lesnar‘s ongoing health issues before cutting to Randy Couture, who says he’s spoken with Lesnar and things are looking up for the big man.  If we can believe Couture (and he doesn’t seem the like the type to just make stuff up — that’s Tito Ortiz‘s game), Lesnar is already back in the gym and ought to be Octagon-ready by this spring.  We should probably treat this with the same healthy skepticism we had for "Comprido" Medeiros’ assurance that everything was going to be just fine, but at least it’s encouraging news.

Once again though, we can’t help but wonder what’s with all the secrecy.  If Lesnar really is back in the gym and beating the hell out of poor Chris Tuchscherer again, why wouldn’t he be cool with the world knowing that?  Is this all part of an attempt to fake his own death just to get out of paying taxes?  That’s it, isn’t it?  That sly son of a bitch.

a ment starting at 205 and am pretty sure by the nevada state commision the limit is 265.5 and yes mir was the same wight as brock lesnar, he weighed in at 264 for his bout against kongo an was lookin in great shape might i add alot bigger, the best shape ive seen him so i agree that 3rd time around mir has a really good chance of defeating him

1st off mir has to get by carwin, which i think will be a good fight , but mir will lose that one.. mir is looking awesome but carwin is a beast. none of his fights have gone past first round he hits like a fucking brick..it should be a good fight but i think carwin takes it.... and if he doesnt then imho i still dont think he will beat brock

The idiotic "jokes" about Lesnar's tattoo are so fucking dumb. They were possibly just a little bit funny the first time we heard them but not even remotely funny now. Nor are they relevant. You fucking tools, get some new material or some material that makes sense. Also, This whole splitting up the heavyweight division talk is bullshit. It is what it is. If the other heavyweights can't find a way to beat Lesnar (and he is the sole reason this is being brought up) as Joe Rogan once said about stand ups "tough balls"!

If fighters cant improve enough or find a successful strategy then cut to 205 or go to Strikeforce or Japan.
