@ ghostboner - I agree. If I were a ranked fighter there is no way I would fight a girl. But my point is that we want to see the best. If the best were a female, I would watch her. But the best is not a female. That is why they don't sell tickets, and why they don't headline cards.

@mRwilson - I am not too enthused about womens mma either, but if I was a ranked mma fighter there is no way in hell would I fight a chick. Lose-lose scenario. I wouldn't fight a chick no matter what actually, ranked or not. Well unless she wasn't expecting it and I knew Roger Huerta was no where near.

You are so right about Chandella. I still am embarrassed if I try to introduce friends to MMA and they see Chandella as the ring girl. It just looks cheap and crappy... like that giant dragon head that the fighters walked through in the first EliteXC. That stuff just doesn't belong on a professional broadcast, and neither does Chandella.

Why do all the girls except Miesha Tate look like they wish they were somewhere else? I would understand if their were mean muggin or something.. Its more of a "geez like totally I'm like soooo bored" mug...

I don't live in Phoenix, and I don't have an excuse, but I won't be watching this. I know I'm in the minority now, but I just don't like women's MMA. The only decent fighter in the whole of women's MMA is probably a man, and even she is horrible and sloppy, and uglier than her husband. And Josh Barnett can tell me all he wants that Megumi Fuji is so talented that she would beat GSP if she weighed 170, but we all know the talent level and athleticism isn't the same.

If that Kaufman broad is complaining how men headline fights, and she gets no respect, well then she should fight the very best in her weight class. I watch to see the best. If Kaufman thinks that the women offer that equally, then she should fight men in her weight class. Let's see her take on some 135lb or 145lb men if she thinks she should be headlining a card. Because I don't really watch events with men that aren't in the top 100 of their weight division, which would be generous to rank a single woman there if she were to be mixed in with men of the same weight. Just beating a bunch of untalented women doesn't prove to me that you are the best in your weight class. If she wants equality, then have equality and fight the men that weigh the same as you. And if Sarah Kaufman can beat the men that weigh the same as her, and challenge for a title then I'll watch it and let her headline it. But since I want to see the best, and the women are so far from that, then I won't be watching them. I just don't find it interesting.

And most of their personalities are boring, too.
