maybe if the UFC fed GSP some cans for once in his career he'd rack up some KOs. Is that what people would prefer? Give him some no-bodies to KO....that'd be fun wouldn't it? But then of course, you'd all bitch about his lack of competition.

Frankly, I'd prefer to see him beat the shit out of top competition for 25 minutes....makes me feel like my ppv money was well spent....at least he doesn't dance or stomp on the ground when fighters don't wag their chins in his face.

I will repeat myself. Last night GSP did something completely different and it STILL wasn't good enough for you? well who the fuck are you? oh yeah...NOBODY... blow it out your ass, seriously, had GSP lost a close decision all you cunts would be talking about how he shoulda laid on him more, or blah blah blah or whatever armchair quarterback bullshit you could come up.
The fact of the matter is that kos has a fucked up eye, and a lose, and GSP has the belt and he has a few tiny bruises, by God that is good enough for me. I am proud of GSP and his fight last night was fan-fucking-tastic.
The only person who has a right to bitch about his performance is GSP as he is the one who he has to look at himself in the mirror each day and night.
You are either a fan of GSP's or you are hater and you resent him, where do you fall people? I use to want to hate on the guy, but here in the past 6 years or so I can't find a single thing I can really hate him for.......on the other hand I doubt you douchebags will be able to say the same for the next 6 days, much less 6 years.

@ Buckwild - he may use the same strategy against Shields, but guaranteed Shields gets knocked out. First off, Kos is one resilient SOB. Kos is an asshole for sure, but even when things don't go his way, he doesn't give up like some other fighters I know (BJ Penn). Second, Shields doesn't have any threat to GSP standing up. Against Kos, GSP had to watch out for a few dangerous strikes that Kos might throw. What does he have to worry about from Shields? Shields takedowns aren't as good as Kos, and his stand-up is a joke. I kinda want to see GSP fight Shields before moving up to MW so that he can get a big knock out to silence some critics. After that, he should move up in weight. I don't need to see rematches with Fitch or Alves. He shouldn't need to beat everyone in the division twice before we consider it cleared out.
