Reminder: Urijah Faber Makes His 135-Pound Debut Tonight

Urijah Faber made his public 135-pound debut yesterday at the weigh-ins for tonight’s WEC 52 event — and didn’t look a whole lot different than he did at featherweight. That’s an encouraging sign for his career rebirth at bantamweight, and it’s more than we can say for Wagnney Fabiano, who’s also on tonight’s card in his second bantamweight appearance, and is pretty freaking gross from certain angles these days. (As for Faber, he had already put on 18 pounds by last night.) WEC 52 will be broadcast live on Versus starting at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT. Pre-fight coverage begins at 8:30 p.m. ET, and post-fight coverage is slated for 11:30 p.m. ET.

Just watched the Eric Koch fight, and realized hes a scary dude. Fighting skills and pale appearance. Also noticed he had no nickname. Might i suggest Eric "Nosferatu" Koch, i think its fitting

The shadow from the scale in the first picture makes it look suspiciously like Urijah just pissed his pants. Maybe he could start training with the Machidas, they could keep him around like the family cow. Mooooooo. Bessy!

Faber looks very weak. I think the weight cut will play a big factor in this fight. Don't forget Mizugaki went 5 Rds. with Torres?

I've been watching WEC since around 2008 and Joseph Benavidez is the only fighter besides Uriah Faber I know on that list.

I thought he looked fairly drawn out (especially in his face) and he commented that it was rough towards the end (or something like that), but he seemed to be in pretty good spirits.
