("Damn it…what did I just come down here for?")
Contradicting previous reports that Wanderlei Silva‘s next opponent will be Yoshihiro Akiyama at UFC 110 (February 21st; Sydney, Australia), Fighters Only UK says that the Axe Murderer will instead be taking on Michael Bisping:
Wanderlei Silva, who most recently dropped a unanimous decision to Rich Franklin in June, has only earned one victory in the last three years — a 36-second knockout of Keith Jardine at UFC 84 — and he’s looking to re-invent his career at 185 pounds. The momentum would appear to be with Bisping, who regained some confidence earlier this month with a second-round TKO of Denis Kang at UFC 105. Still, the Axe Murderer could wind up doing to the Count what Dan Henderson did to him; i.e., chase him around the cage then pull his plug with a heavy punch.
The opponent switch for Wanderlei may have been done because his fight will headline UFC 110, and Silva vs. Bisping is an easier sell for fans than Silva vs. Akiyama. As of now, the card is also rumored to include Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic vs. Ben Rothwell, Stephan Bonnar vs. Krzysztof Soszynski, and Dong Hyun Him vs. Chris Lytle.

The last bit regarding Lytle vs. Kim fight is not true. Dong Kim’s camp manager came out and said Kim’s not ready. He is still recovering from his knee injury and he can’t even bend his knee yet.
