Oh and another thing. I don't get the spinning around part. Like I've done drills where I would spin around, sprawl then throw a combo to simulate being stunned and fighting back, but I've never done them like that before. But she looks hot anyway so I'll let it go.

Wow! I'm in love!! But yea, what JoedirtSays said, in regards to your hooks, turn the hand please and slightly tighter w/ the elbows. I know lots of MMAists tend to do for some reason, everyone from Rich Franklin to Fedor Emelienenko. I assume they have striking coaches, not sure why it's not addressed but it seriously urks me to see that. That being said, Ronda will you marry me?

I gave her the benefit of the doubt before, because she looked a little hot, clothed.

Now I'm thinking she might have a penis like Cyborg. Maybe not as big, but at least a stubby one.

I'm also now thinking that it'd be kind of funny to see "Moesha" KHTFO. At least Moesha's arms don't look bigger than Thiago Silva's.

The video was great, and the song was incredible! Did any of you realize that the saxophone player NEVER STOPPED TO TAKE A BREATH?! Absolutely amazing. But, you know, enjoy your Kid Rock and Nickelback albums. Oh, and we mustn't forget Staind.

When I played sax like that trying out for my high school jazz band, the director said I sucked and should quit music altogether. Glad to finally prove him wrong.

I think they're trying to show that she gets hurt sometimes, but gets back up...

Maybe it's cause I've read where she says she cries a lot in practice, but this just makes her look like she has to turtle up once a day and bawl for a few minutes. If she's like that hitting the pads, what if Meisha hits her back?

That's one bad bitch. Her pad work looks awesome...better than I expected. And I must agree that the sax sounds pretty dope too. I want to wring the sweat out of her workout gear into a cocktail shaker. Add some bitters and maybe some absinthe and create a cocktail that I would name "Essence of Judo."
