Sometimes, the less that is said about something, the better. At least, that’s what my wife tells me, usually after i make a joke she doesn’t like. Come to think of it, you bastards here at CagePotato remind me of her sometimes. And before you ask: no, i will not cuddle with you. I’ll get all hot and sweaty and i won’t sleep well, and then all my writing the next day will suck.

Well, suck worse.

The idea behind an ice bath is that it constricts the blood vessels, and when you get out all this new blood rushes in and flushes out the lactic acid. The ice also helps with the swelling. They are pretty terrible, but worth it.
