Brilliant. Speaking of ugly defeats, Spike’s "Main Events" counter-programming special that aired opposite "Fedor vs. Rogers" on Saturday night drew 2.14 million average viewers — over back-to-back airings. According to MMA Junkie, "The 9 p.m. ET/PT airing of the special drew 1.2 million viewers, and the 11 p.m. replay drew an additional 939,000 viewers." If you’ll recall, Strikeforce’s live show brought in a very respectable 4.04 million average viewers on CBS. (Doesn’t feel good getting outgunned by a larger network, does it Dana?) With their asses chapped by the ratings drubbing, Spike sent out some data implying that Fedor is still no Kimbo-on-TUF when it comes to putting asses on couches. Our advice to Fedor? Learn English, grow a bushy beard, and knock some fools out in a boatyard. And would it kill you to start a Twitter page?

Yeah, a real Fedor Twitter feed would be great. I'm getting by by following @DrunkHulk and imagining it to be Fedor's tweeting. Since Strikeforce, it's been gems like these:

Dude Fedor rules. I'm pretty sure that video is edited or they used some kind of special effect. But knocking out the number two heavyweight in the world like that is still pretty amazing. I can't wait until Fedor fights Lesnar and crushes him the same way.

Anyway, yeah, Mr. White is clearly an MMA fan second, a glorified used car salesman first. One of the things I dislike most about him is his foul mouth. Using four-letter words in interviews can't be good for the UFC's PR.

I'm a huge ufc fan and enjoy most of the fighters and the fights. Joe silva does a great job of creating compelling matchups. But is anyone else sick and tired of listening to Dana White's arrogant rants? This guy was teaching cardio boxing a few short years ago and because he hugged the fertitta's nuts so well he's now running a billion dollar company (which is great). he should be humbler. people are starting to root for his failure. he's starting to believe his own bullshit. pride always comes before the fall... not sure who said that.

hey dudes at cagepotato. just a quick fyi. the Spike broadcast didn't average 2.14 mill viewers. You don't add the 9pm and the 11pm broadcasts together to get average viewership. To get the true viewership, you add them together and divide by two. average viewership for the 9p-1a timeperiod on Spike was somewhere around 1,065,000 viewers. CBS spanked Dana that night. Not even close. Just wanted to point that out for accuracy purposes.

Excellent gif. Best one Ive seen since the Bisping ones. And the run Forrest run was pretty funny too. I bet when Dana knows how shitty the countering went then hes going to push harder to get a network tv deal done. Especially since Bellator is going to be on Tv now too.

It will be interesting to see how many viewers tune into UFC 105 live and free on spike on saturday.

I was there live.. That punch was fucking loud!! EVERYONE in the seats away from the cage were all standing up from Fedor's entrance to the brutal KO! Sucks the camera didnt show it..LOL @ everyone in the GIF around the cage stood upon as Rogers was hitting the floor.
