I noticed while viewing that I liked the first one a lot, which probably has to do with it being first. Similarly, the last one might hang with people longer when they go to vote. Also, all the posters I'd already seen before didn't seem as interesting or compelling as the new ones. Since we've previewed some already, I think there impact will be diminished for the casual voter.

Therefore to everyone who was featured previously or in the middle of this huge pack, I am sorry, but I'm voting for the last one because I can't appreciate real design skills and it's funny.

Lots of talent on display for sure, but I can't help but wish for some more funny. Either way, everyone did a great job.

The Liddel/Couture one was great though. The tagline made me laugh so loud my co-workers thought I'd brought a gun to work again.

I'd love to see more contests like this. Even if it's just a weekly or monthly thing for kicks.

Steve W. and PauloThiagoSilva....awesome. But I'm using my vote for Snakefinger. As others have said, the poster's simplicity is key. The (almost entirely) symmetrical design and cleanliness of it instills a calmness not seen in many MMA posters, yet that is at odds with the tension created by the looming bit of ordnance that lets me know stuff's gonna blow up and shit.

Love them all, good job guys. But my hat goes off to Ansari. Wonderful idea and concept, great job.

i like Olieng P a lot, but for me it's more of a movie poster than a mma poster...dont get me wrong i'd go see that movie in a heartbeat.

Nicolo T. is pretty sweet too, clean, simple with nice blending effects and i like how he used the old japanese drawings.

Nicole B. is really good too but i dont like the font used for the event title, doesnt seem to fit with the rest of the theme.

overall awesome work by everyone.

btw- you can open the pictures in their own page or save them on your desktop for bigger versions.

Vincent D's new entry is better than his first, in my humble opinion. Unfortunately, i dock him points for using tanks to represent heavy artillery. Sorry, ol' chap.

Strung56 is bold and creative, very dynamic. Wish i read all the kanji. Also, the font seems different for each fight--kinda weird.

Ansari spent a good amount of time on that entry. Very cool mosaic work, nicely done. Nice detail work to make it look like a fully formed poster. Definitely a front-runner for the prize.

Speaking of taking one's time, holy shit Olieng P.! Obviously a lot of layers in that one, and it looks nice. A little more print at the bottom would have looked more legit, and i would have loved a bit more dragon showing.

And last but not least, PauloThiagoSilva's masterwork. Epically japanese in it's simplicity, it has all the potential energy of a Dream event. Understated, beautifully illustrated....i still love it. If you'd told me this was the actual poster from the event, i would have no problem believing it.
