Smoker? Damn Near Killed Her!

Was this sanctioned? I thought the whole point of a smoker is that it was a casual non-sanctioned amateur environment to allow up and comers some experience. How many true 'smokers' appear televised on HDnet??? They should have arrested these folks and not Din Thomas...
