Frank is way past his prime. He seemed lost in there at times. That was a sorry display. He needs to stay out of the ring as a fighter and keep making his money doing other things. Diaz looked really good but Frank looked so bad i can't tell if Nick has really upped his striking or if he was just playing with a senior citizien in there.

Shamrock looked horrible out there. His punches seemed weak and slow, even before he gassed in the 2nd round. He had absolutly no answer for Diaz's size and reach advantage and was outclassed both on the feet and on the ground.
Rogers is a beast, I love how he yells as he's punching. Brutal knees too. His opponent was a total rip off of Sokudjou (spelling? it's been a while since he was relevant).
Radach/Smith was the fight of the night without question, and can easilly contest Torres/Mizugaki for fight of the year. Scott Smith is my hero.

A few thoughts:
- Instead of getting their asses handed to them by younger bucks, why don't Frank and Ken just fight each other already? It's the last fight in either one of their careers that anyone would pay to see at this point, and they might as well get it on now before the whole situation just devolves into the two of them throwing their dentures at one another from across the cafeteria at their rest home.
- Who the hell thought it would make an interesting fight to match Mr. Cyborg against that tiny little heat lamp Chinese food scooping hairnet wearing chick? I mean the weight difference looked like a solid 25 lbs of muscle. That was the kind of fight that sets back women's MMA.
- Even though he isn't world championship material, I will always gladly pay to watch Scott Smith fight. That dude is a warrior who comes to bang and kill or be killed every time.

That fight was not a case of Frank getting old. Diaz' boxing was just sick as hell. Considering Diaz' reach advantage Frank's biggest issue was not being able to figure out how to clear that distance in order to reach his own firing range without getting knocked out.
Frank should have used some legs kicks to cover the distance but I don't know if he was being stubborn or what.
And I was impressed at Akano's ability to survive as long as she did against Santos. I don't know what moron setup that fight but Akano was gutsy as hell for taking it.

I would like to see carano get beat badly. Don't get me wrong I like her as a fighter and she looks good, but to call her the face of womans mma? Thats the kinda shit that sets the sport back. Then again I'd also like to see someone pound on cyborgs horse face. Sad that there aren't many good (good being the keyword here) female fighters.

Ufc will allways be at forefront of MMA, but I think Strickforce is here to stay. I think this was a good show, I think strieforce will become more inticing to other fighters to join, and they have showtime. I would like to see when affliction fails alot of their talent pool cross over to strikeforce. I love the UFC but I also like to see many good solid venues for other fighters.

It was a pretty good fight, but the weight difference was seriously huge. If I understood the commentators right, Akano is a judoka but she was getting thrown around like a child. Really good display from her though, she tried some awesome hail mary stuff as well as showing good technique

It was very disappointing to see Frank out there getting winded in the first round. Nick did not look that good; Frank just looked that bad. Frank had the worse game plan I have ever seen. He looked like a little cartoon bulldog trying to pick a fight with big ol' Spike. The only thing funnier would be if Nick put his his hand on Frank's head while he swung underneath.
It was obvious Frank was praying for Nick to hit him with something good so he could just fall and call it a day. Hang em up Frank. You're starting to look like Ken.
