Look, we here at CagePotato can’t exactly claim to be the most up-to-date, unbiased, or even grammatically correct MMA website out there. Not that we’d want to, because that shit is for nerds anyway *high fives other members of the cool kid’s table*. But if there’s one thing we are good at, it’s bringing you, our readers, the latest in hot chicks and ring girl-related goodness, be it photos, videos, or arrest reports. We even have a little tab devoted to our shameless gawking of these hotties located at the top of the page. Go ahead. Click it. You know you want to.

But every so often, Arianny takes a week off from working the graveyard shift, or Brittney strips down and locks herself in her room until she finishes her latest tribute to Jimi Hendrix, leaving us with little “hot chick tenuously connected to MMA” content to bring you. Thankfully, there are women like Caitlin O’Connor who actually reach out to us for the chance to be featured on our Paddy’s Pub Billboard of sorts. And while Caitlin’s only involvement in the sport of MMA may be the pair of 4 ounce gloves she strapped on for a recent shoot with Lavar Johnson (photos inside), that’s good enough for us damn it!

Say what you want about her ability to pick ‘em, but if there’s one thing longtime UFC ring girl Arianny Celeste knows, it’s how to look good in front of a camera. We don’t mean to be crude, but MYGODLOOKATHER…presence. It’s truly something to behold. Like a film on the Tomatometer, it’s very rare that a featured ring girl in our Hot Potato galleries receives 100 percent approval from the Potato Nation. We assume it’s because most of you are pulling in some pretty incredible trim, and we chalk up the rest to trolling. In either case, Bellator ring girl Mercedes Terrell is the exception to the rule, for when we posted our original gallery devoted to her “talents” back in October, she was met with overwhelming validation by you Taters, so we decided that a follow-up gallery was necessary. The UFC returns to Japan tonight for the first time in 11 years, and to commemorate the occasion we’re bringing you 11 photos of UFC 144′s guest Octagon Girl Azusa Nishigaki. Azusa is undoubtedly familiar to those of you who follow the Japanese MMA/Beauty Pageant circuits; she has strutted around the ring previously for Sengoku and was a finalist in the ‘Miss Japan’ competition.

Thank God for Arianny Celeste. The woman’s tireless devotion to strip down and be photographed in every fashion possible is commendable to say the least, and her recent shoot with Randall Slavin for Complex Magazine shows us a yet another side of the long time UFC ring girl, specifically, the Nightmare Before Christmas/S&M side. It’s safe to say that we REALLY enjoy this facet of her personality, and hope to see more of it in the near future. Since we introduced you to Pacific Xtreme Combat ring girl Abby Poblador last week, we figured we’d show some love to her half-Filipina partner in crime. Ayumi Sogawa is a 21-year-old model and graphic designer from Quezon City, Philippines, who also holds round cards for the PXC promotion. Fist-bump to Bleacher Report MMA for turning us on to Abby Poblador, a distractingly beautiful Filipina model who’s one of the ring girls for Guam’s Pacific Xtreme Combat MMA promotion. The 24-year-old has appeared in FHM, Maxim, and Playboy, and is a veteran of the car-show circuit. You’re like family to us, Potato Nation, and after looking over your wishlist we knew just what to get you this year. True, we’ve given you a holiday-themed Hot Potato gallery before, but whether you’re a Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or Festivus kind of guy we doubt you’ll complain.

Halloween may be a couple of days away but the weekend is already upon us, so you may very well be donning a costume during your post-fight festivities. In the spirit of the holiday, we thought we’d hit you up with a gallery of female fighters, ring-card girls, and personalities in various stages of festive undress.

Before you go dropping corrections and complaints about some of these not technically being “Halloween” costumes, might we advise you to keep it to yourself? The sport may be evolving, but evolution doesn’t happen overnight, so just enjoy the pictures for what they are and don’t make yourself an easy target in the comments section.

Champion kickboxer turned MMA fighter Felice Herrig will be facing Barb Honchak in the co-main event of Hoosier Fight Night 6, tonight at the Porter County Expo Center in Valparaiso, Indiana; it will be the first women’s bout in HFN history. So we figured it was an ideal moment to post a bunch of hot photos of her. When it comes to shooting a magazine cover, it’s all about timing and opportunity.  The photographers for ESPN the Magazine know this, and that’s why they sent their crew to capture a shot of Gina Carano during one of her infamous topless kickboxing sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10-11:30 am. And no, Phil Baroni, for the last time you can’t "sit in").  This photo appears on one of the covers of their forthcoming "Body Issue," and we’re going to go ahead and say that it will definitely outsell the topless Matt Lindland edition at newsstands everywhere. 

Now, if you show this picture to your wife and/or girlfriend, she’ll probably waste no time in telling you that there’s been some airbrushing done here.  While that may be the case, we hope you’re smart enough not to respond with what you’re really thinking, which is probably something along the lines of, ‘still…just, wow.’  You said it anyway, didn’t you?  We knew it.  She hit you?  In the throat?  Yeah, well, you had that one coming.
