Vitor Belfort and Luke Rockhold Got a Little Shovey at Today’s UFC on FX 8 Weigh-Ins [VIDEO + RESULTS]

(Props: YouTube.com/UFC)

During Thursday’s UFC on FX 8 pre-fight press conference, Vitor Belfort did that thing he loves to do where he held his right fist out to Luke Rockhold‘s chin during their photo-op staredown. Luke was not amused. So, after the two headliners weighed in today at Arena Jaragua in Jaragua do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brazil, Rockhold just walked straight through Belfort’s fist-pose, making body contact with the Brazilian fighter. Belfort shoved Rockhold, and Bootleg Dana had to separate them.

Video of that incident is above, and the full “Belfort vs. Rockhold” weigh-in results are after the jump. Be sure to come back to CagePotato.com tomorrow night at 9 p.m. ET for our liveblog of the main card!

Catch the UFC 157 Weigh-Ins (Now With Women!) Right Here Starting at 7 p.m. EST

(This is where we’d normally tell you Taters to keep it in your pants, but since Ronda’s barely keeping it it hers..)

Ronda Rousey, Liz Carmouche, and the rest of the 24 fighters competing at tomorrow’s UFC 157: One Small Step for the UFC, One Giant Leap for Womankind event will be hitting the scales tonight starting at 7 p.m. EST. It’s a card that is all but guaranteed to deliver thrills from top-to-bottom, especially in light of the UFC’s recently implemented “Dan Hardy Stipulation” that renders all UFC contracts null and void should the fighter not “bring it every fucking time.” I’m just reading the press release, folks.

Anyway, join us after the jump for a video of the weigh-ins along with the fastest goddamn results in the entire goddamn internet. Seriously, we dare you to find another MMA site that updates the results faster than we do. You will not.

Catch the ‘UFC 156: Aldo vs. Edgar’ Weigh-Ins Live Right Here Starting at 7 p.m. EST [UPDATED w/RESULTS]

(While Arianny was surely impressed by Ubereem’s physique, Chandella quickly remarked that she had seen greater stallions than Alistair when put out to pasture earlier that afternoon.)

Jose Aldo, Frankie Edgar, Alistair Overeem, and the rest of the 22 fighters set to compete on tomorrow night’s UFC 156: Aldo vs. Edgar card are scheduled to hit the scales LIVE from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas starting at 7 p.m. EST. You know what that means, so join us after the jump to catch all of the weigh-in action. My predictions: Volkmann gets booed, Arianny gets wooed, and Yves Edwards deviates from his usual bag of KC Masterpiece for a tube of Pringles that shoots out a fake snake when he offers a chip to opponent Isaac Vallie-Flagg. Then he turns to his crew of frat bros and yells “Freshman!” before proceeding to paddle the ever-loving shit of the UFC newbie, because it is NOT OK to be a UFC newbie.

Watch the ‘TUF 16 Finale’ Weigh-Ins Right Here at 5 p.m. ET / 2 p.m. PT

(Props: YouTube.com/UFC)

We know it’s confusing, so we’ll try to make this as clear as possible…

- The weigh-ins for tomorrow night’s TUF 16 Finale are scheduled for today at 5 p.m. ET / 2 p.m. PT, and you can watch them live in the player above. We’ll be liveblogging the FX main card broadcast tomorrow night beginning at 9 p.m. ET.

- The weigh-ins for tonight‘s UFC on FX: Sotiropoulos vs. Pearson card went down yesterday in Australia, and we’ll be liveblogging the main card tonight beginning at 9 p.m. ET.

- The TUF 16 Finale, which features Roy Nelson vs. Matt Mitrione, Pat Barry vs. Shane Del Rosario, Melvin Guillard vs. Jamie Varner, and Dustin Poirier vs. Jonathan Brookins, is a pretty badass card. Honestly, if you only have time to watch one UFC event this weekend, make it this one — by which I mean tomorrow’s.

- Fun fact: Melvin Guillard plans on getting the lightweight title when he’s 35 or 40, so that he can retire shortly afterwards, rather than fade into obscurity like other guys who have fought for the title. It all makes sense now.

- We’ll be putting today’s weigh-in results after the jump. You’re welcome.
