In the latest episode of Alistair’s Overeem‘s web documentary “The Reem,” our hero takes a little business trip to Los Angeles and Las Vegas to see if America might be a good place to live someday. By the time he leaves, he has starred in a music video, met porn legend Ron Jeremy, beat up Antoni Hardonk for old time’s sake, watched two of his Golden Glory teammates kick ass at the first Muay Thai Premiere League event, bought a new suit, and signed a UFC contract to fight Brock Lesnar. That’s what you call efficiency. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

commentsas a mostly casual fan i can't wait to see this one.
Because Lesnar is beyond the size of what a human's head and body should be, he has beaten some very technical opponents by simply using his wrestling and weight to hold them down. I don't think he'll be able to get alot of punches in on Overeem, but he will be using his wrestling,to move around and keep Overeem from getting up. If by chance, which probably will occur three, four, five, six times throughout the fight, the ref stands them back up, within two seconds, lesnar will shoot in, taking Overeem down at will. this is the one fight, where Overeem is outclassed in terms of strength, and size.
While Lesnar is the stronger of the two, for lunchbox hands, his punches are no where near as powerful as they look. This is the one area in terms of power Overeem has over him. the question mark is will h e be able to get in some punches, elbows, knees to stun Lesnar, knock him down, and go in for the submission?? Lesnar neck is the size of Tito Ortiz's head! Explain someone, how Overeem has a chance in this match??
While I am not saying 100% Lesnar is going to take this fight, I'm interested in hearing(open to criticism too:) how Overeem could capitalize in this fight?
thanks,
DG
