‘The Ultimate Fighter 15′ Premier Will Feature 16 Live Elimination Bouts

Sweet ‘stache flash at 0:08. (Video: Youtube/UFC)

The UFC may have dropped the ball by only airing a single fight during their one-hour debut on FOX, but it’s safe to say they’re taking things in the opposite direction for The Ultimate Fighter 15 premier on FX. The two-hour episode will feature a daunting 16 live elimination bouts, leaving scant time for ‘DYWBAFF’ speeches and fake team lists.

A field of 32 lightweights and middleweights will throw down in real time for their right to make chicken salad see some titties piss in fruit trays  choke a nurse enter the TUF house. At the helm this season are Bantamweight Champion Dominick Cruz and perennial challenger Urijah Faber. Will the set’s notoriously flimsy doors break before their notoriously flimsy fists?

Don’t forget that you, fair viewer, will decide the match-ups each week by texting in your vote, so you’re practically guaranteed the matches you want to see. The party gets started at 9 p.m. ET/PT, March 9th. You bring the snacks, we’ll bring the smug.

Now show us all how smart you are and name all of the up-and-comers you recognize in the video.

yeah i know but Hunt stopped Rothwell from taking him down (most of the times) and when he didn't he got right back to his feet. He has a lot better GROUND game than kongo, plus Hunt showed some submission game in that fight trying a kimura.
Hunt will "shock" the world. thou Manhoef ko'd him out. He is going to come out swingin. I hope some day UFC puts Barry against Hunt, anda rematch with kongo once he looses again wouldnt be bad either.

Thanks Xeno. That is exactly how I picked Kongo. Hunt isn't going to be able to exploit Kongo on the ground and Kongo has way better cardio, a wider range of strikes, and a huge reach advantage. Should be a one sided affair if you ask me. EASY PICK FOR $ FOTN = Henderson/Edgar. Heard it here..

@Sopapo - Hunt brings no threat of Kongo's weak take down defense and lackadaisical ground game. IN this rare occasion Kongo is the more well rounded fighter. Striking, you can make the call - they are both strong.........................................................................................
Kongo, at 6'4" has 6 inches in height advantage, plus 8 inches in reach. Hunt is about 30 pounds heavier at a dumpy 265 lbs..........................................................................................
Kickboxing Hunt is 30 win vs 13 loss. Kongo is 21 win vs 2 loss. MMA, Kongo is 17-6-2, Hunt 7-7. Kongo ranks 13th in the world, Hunt ranks 37th.

How could you pick kongo ? He has power but also a glass chin. Mark hunt has power and a granite chin. no contest.
Does some1 know why akiyama gets always the toughest fights?
Dude gets no love. Belcher, Leben, Bisping, Belfort and now shields. All of them are losses, (you know if you saw the fight Belcher fight) and he keeps getting a Step up in competition.

So now the already drained talent pool will have a winner who's main talent is being a TV personality.
