Spike TV has released a whole mess of interview clips featuring the stars of The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights, which premieres September 16th after UFC Fight Night 19. The clip at the top is your standard Rampage vs. Rashad gum-flapping session, with Quinton Jackson saying that the Team Rashad heavyweights are "lil’ bitty," "garbage," and "booboo." (?) Meanwhile, Rashad predicts a lot of tantrums from his rival. The second video reveals something interesting that I guess we should have seen coming — Evans’s "assistant coach" will be none other than game-plan master Greg "Yoda" Jackson. Once you hear Greg talk about "personal growth plans" for each fighter, it’s hard to imagine how Team Rampage will compete in the mental game.
Now let’s check in with some of TUF 10‘s heavyweight hopefuls…
Kimbo Slice looks to be a sponge during his TUF experience, and wants the belt to match the grill.
Crazy-ass Wes Sims, who’s undefeated in the streets apparently, is ready to beat somebody down, and plans on embarassing his family.
Roy Nelson describes the UFC as "where all the roads end to," and gives us a good ol’ belly rub "for the rest of America."
Ex-footballer Marcus Jones talks about the physical demands of MMA, and the necessity of a complete game.
Another former football player, Matt Mitrione, gives off a bit of a loose cannon vibe as he talks about fighting his whole life and his "functional aggressiveness." Also, he would punch Kimbo Slice in the mouth as quickly as he would punch Ronald Reagan.
Rampage talks about people who think they’re good for their own britches, and how he wants to break Rashad’s spirit.
Rashad Evans talks about his experience on TUF as a castmember, and says he wants to demoralize Rampage so badly that he’s still demoralized when they fight in December.

I think I’m just going to avoid comments on any tuf10/kimbo articles. I have a feeling some asshat is going to post spoilers any day now because you know the results always get leaked early. I remember finding out who was in the finals of the tuf comeback season before it had even started because someone posted it on a forum.
