‘TUF 7′ Wildman Jesse Taylor Added to Monday’s DREAM Event

Though this Monday’s DREAM 10 event will feature the semi-finals and finals of their welterweight GP, as well non-tournament matches between Shinya Aoki and Vitor Ribeiro, and Melvin Manhoef vs. Paulo Filho, the lineup’s still a little thin. As of yesterday, only six fights were officially announced for the card. So, the organizers are doing a little last-minute patching, adding Seichi Ikemoto vs. Tarec Saffiedine as a GP reserve bout, and Jesse "JT Money" Taylor vs. PRIDE/K-1 HERO’s vet Dong Sik Yoon. The news was first broke yesterday on Taylor’s official website, YoJTMoney.com (seriously), in which Mongo wrote: "JT has always wanted to fight for the prestegious Dream organization and for the warrior spirit of Japan. JT will be sure to make the most of this incredible journey and opportunity."


Since being kicked out of the TUF 7 finals for a drunken casino rampage, then returning only to be Peruvian Necktied by CB Dollaway, Taylor has gone on a six-fight tear in various regional leagues, with four of his wins by rear-naked choke. Yoon is on a two-fight losing skid, dropping DREAM fights to Gegard Mousasi and Andrews Nakahara. You know things are desperate for DREAM when they’re flying out Ultimate Fighter footnotes to put against guys with 4-6 records, but at least now they have eight fights on the card, which sounds a lot better than seven. In other DREAM news, the third fight between Jason "Mayhem" Miller and Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza will take place at a DREAM event in September. The two middleweights first met at DREAM 4 last June, where Jacare took a unanimous decision victory. Their last fight at DREAM 9 in May ended early when Miller opened up a gash on Souza’s head with an illegal kick; Mayhem subsequently called Jacare a "vagina-head Brazilian."

I agree that morons like JT do not rep the sport well with there antics, And like everyone else I can’t wait till those moronic effers in Albany to get off there asses and make this sport legitimate in this amazing state, for that matter get off there asses and pass necessary bills to allow this state to progress….dang it my blood is boiling just speaking about Albany and there recent antics. @ Cuntalope: Jizz Tongue Money may be able to fight, and he may have made more than ample amends for his undeniable episodes of douchebaggery and property damage, but think about this for a moment. You may be able to forgive him. Other MMA fans may be able to forgive him. Hell, he may even be able to sell tickets past “Oh shit, we couldn’t get two midgets to fight in Saitama, and we think Abe Vigoda is dead. Get JT Money NOW!” but whenever a fighter acts like a douchebag, at this stage they’re crapping not only on themselves, but on the growth and evolution of a sport.

The last fucking thing we as fans need to see or hear about is what Brock did or what a shitty driver Rampage is, or what a drunken buffoon Jesse Taylor is/was. Opponents to decriminalizing MMA in NY and elsewhere will bring up this petty shit, and it’s just more bullshit that proponents for MMA and businessmen like Dana White will have to counter in the mainstream press.

Remember – the true pinheads aren’t you, me, CAPSLOCKHAL, or anybody else here (and I mean no sincere offense to anyone here unless Gabe “Fat Beeyotch” Ruediger and Jizz Tongue Money are lurkers). We are passionate and dedicated fans. The true pinheads are the assholes who blow every shortcoming grossly out of proportion in the mainstream press and stand in the way of this sport being as big as it could and deserves to be.

I don’t mind this guy, he was once a jerk but he seems pretty cool now. I don’t know what all these fags are bitching about. Still judging him off his stint on the TUF which was like 5 years ago, come on! He was a jerk on the show but he had a drinking problem, which he has now cured, give the guy a break.

And you know what he’s not a half bad fighter and is just going to get better. What the fuck has he done or said in the last few years for people to still think lowly of him? Nothing that’s what, go find eveidence to the contray I beg you. He’s changed but just want to hate for no reason.

Also his nickname is pretty cool haha I love it, he has a sense of humour too what more do you guys want. He’s basically a white Rampage apart from funnier and he doesn’t rape people and kill fetus’s. Like I said people change, stop player hating and enjoy the fights.

Seems to me that Jesse’s biggest mistake was commenting on the “Rampage” Jackson situation. And he wasn’t completely inaccurate. What’s worse: Pissing on yourself and kicking out a limo window, or driving recklessly and getting arrested? Don’t get me wrong: The dude was a stupid douche, but Dana seems to get maddest when someone wonders if he’s a hypocrite…

Honestly what makes the sport look bad at this point is knucklehead fans who want the world from fighters, just be happy they compete for you to enjoy.

What also kills me is that with every season of “The Ultimate Fighter,” Dana White and the Fertitta brothers are giving every fighter the “Rocky Balboa” chance to become something bigger. It could be a liar like Corey Hill or it could be a lunatic like Forrest Griffin. It could also be an idiot fuckwit LOSER like Jesse Taylor or like Gabe Ruediger. Now if Jesse Taylor didn’t cry like a jailhouse bitch when he was called on his drunken bullshit, I would have been more than willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. Hell, I’d still like to see Mark Kerr kick ass and take names.

But for all Jesse Taylor’s recent bullshit as well as his hopes to be reinstated in the UFC when he was trying to be a good boy, I hope he gets shanked for a couple bags of meth.

No, Jesse Taylor may not look like a cartoon, but so fucking what – he gets a gold star and gets to ride at the front of the short bus? So he may have some fighting skills as evidenced in six fights in the bush leagues – for that he gets two gold stars?

Jesse Taylor is a simpleton, and the more fighters like him who are tolerated by even sideshow freakshow organizations, the more MMA is going to be regarded as the redheaded stepchild of sports. Hey guys, Mungo was a decent fighter…he was just a little stupid….no let me rephrase that, he was REALLY FUCKING STUPID. Non the less, he was still a decent fighter. Hope he does well in dream. I mean, if they can put Bob Sapp on the card from time to time, they can certainly put ‘JT MONEY”. At least jesse, does not look like a fucking cartoon.
