‘UFC 124: St. Pierre vs. Koscheck II’ Extended Video Trailer

(Props: GollyIE)

…and just to get the taste of vomit out of your mouths, here’s the extended trailer for UFC 124: St. Pierre vs. Koscheck II (December 11th, Montreal). The supporting card looks very promising, but it’s sort of unfortunate that the other two fights being featured here are Thiago Alves vs. John Howard and Mac Danzig vs. Joe Stevenson — considering all four fighters are coming off losses. Meanwhile, UFC 124 will also host two fights featuring guys on the upswing: Jim Miller (five-fight win streak) vs. Charles Oliveira (undefeated wunderkind) and Sean McCorkle (mouthy Internet celebrity) vs. young veteran Stefan Struve, who he’s been beefing with for months.

Still, Thiago Alves gets the best line of the video: "When you’re fighting the Pitbull, it’s over. No afterparty for you." And GSP guarantees a stoppage victory. "Get in, get out, and leave," he says. "That’s what the crowd wanna see, and that’s what I wanna do."

"I just remember taking him down over and over..."

-Kos

LOL WHAT?! I just rewatched that fight. 30-27 GSP. Kos got 1 TD. ONE.

Why is Kos training with an asian midget?
Get Off Me- November 30, 2010 at 4:30 pm
Kos would hump Hardy dry, same to Alves and he only humps John behind closed doors.
Please let it be Kos vs. Penn.
Gladheateher- November 30, 2010 at 12:06 pm
When Kos loses he should be forced to fight all the opponents GSP has slain over the last two years. Then he can see what real competition is, no more of these bottom of the pack stepping stones.
Lets see Kos vs Hardy, Kos vs Alvez, Kos vs BJ Penn, Kos vs Fitch.

Hah! GSP guaranteeing a finish is like Dana guaranteeing a title shot.

^^^LMAO

-1 to Joe Rogan for saying Koscheck has turned into a knock out artist.
Frank Trigg doesn't count and Yoshida never should have been in the UFC, he lost to Mike Guymon in Montreal.

I am as worried as I am excited about what may happen at the Bell Centre if Koscheck eye pokes St-Pierre or pulls some dirty shit and the fight cannot continue.
This may get ugly fast and make Strikeforce look like professional wrestling.
see Thompson v. Bosse for a small taste of what may go down on the 11th.

Looks to me like Danzig and Stevenson are having a hair war before the fight even begins... I am putting a Bieber alert on this fight and everyone watching the PPV should be on the lookout - especially after the UFC put "internet sensation" Antoine Dodson up on the big screen at UFC 123

@El Famous

Too funny! But, if he actually pulls that shit in this fight there could be serious trouble. Like when Montrealers rioted when the Metallica/GNR show was cut short cuz Hetfield lit himself on fire...'cept they'll light fraggle fuckstick up.

Cant wait to watch this fucker get his shit pushed in. Oh what Kos? no predictions that GSP wont take you down like last time??? yeah thats right bitch, enjoy your 15 mins cuz once its done , yer gonna fade to the middle of the pack, gate keeper styles, never to be heard of again

It is a strange world we live in where Dustin Hazelett and Ricardo Almeida are on the undercard, and Sean McCorkle is on the main card. But that's MMA for ya...

Still, I think Bocek vs. Hazelett could be a great fight for all of us that appreciate a good ground battle. Or it could end up just being a boring stall-fest.

Personally, I hope that Thiago Alves misses weight by 10 pounds, and then John Howard kicks him in the head again, and again, and again, and again...

Unless you like watching GSP take people down and control them. This fight will be boring. That's my prediction for it.

Charles Olivera, he looks like the real deal. Let's hope he doesn't go to Greg Jackson for training and become as boring as the other Jackson fighters.

marketing as poor as my sentence structure
Waxedpants- November 30, 2010 at 9:18 am

And GSP guarantees a stoppage victory. "Get in, get out, and leave," he says. "That's what the crowd wanna see, and that's what I wanna do."

I would rather see an serious beat down like he gave Jon Fitch.

Kos is tough so if GSP goes in with that kind of mentality it could be a rough night for Josh ending with a some new pink highlights
SumDumGuy- November 30, 2010 at 8:09 am
