UFC 93 Extended Video Trailer
UFC 93 goes down January 17th in Dublin, Ireland, and while most people are understandably psyched about the Rich Franklin/Dan Henderson light-heavyweight main event, I'm just as interested to see what happens between Mark Coleman and Mauricio Rua. Who will be rustier after their long layoff? The injury-prone Shogun, whose last cage appearance was his choke-out loss to Forrest Griffin in September 2007? Or Hall-of-Famer Mark Coleman, who hasn't notched a victory since his TKO-via-broken-arm win over Rua almost three years ago? Will Coleman really try to turn their grudge match into a stand-up war? Will Phil Baroni and Wanderlei Silva jump in and start brawling after the fight is stopped, like last time? You gotta admit, the match has potential.
Also at UFC 93, Denis Kang makes his UFC debut against Alan Belcher, and Marcus Davis and Chris Lytle have their long-awaited "takedowns are for pussies" match.

I would have to see i am most excited to see Kang's debut. He is a beast and i think he will do some serious damage in the UFC. I think Henderson is going to be able to control this fight and get a decision win. I just don't think Franklin is that good anymore. Also Coleman will consider retirement after Shogun beaqts the crap out of him but like most fighters he wont know he is way way past him prime and time.

Rich Franklin is going to get worked!

Color is "off" in the vid- looks like everyone is wearing pink

White said Coleman picked him up and slammed him and that's what broke him arm then you can see in the clip 5 seconds after that showed that's NOT what happened. I hate reading and hearing that Coleman broke Shua's arm. It was a freak accident. I don't think you can take credit for breaking a dudes arm when all you did was trip him and the guy falls on his arm weird and it snaps....then act like a fucking child when 50 people jump in the ring.
Ife Hearted Says:
who was Shogun supposed to fight after Griffin?
Bootylam! Says:
If your arm BREAKS because you "fall on it weird" then STAY OUT OF THE RING! Coleman smashed it, end of story. Then Shogun's peeps showed what assbags they are by getting all hysterical like a bunch of debutantes. It's a fight, things will happen, and Coleman stopped as soon as he knew what happened.
Kuato Says:
How did I overlook Kang's debut?! I'm really psyched about this card, it's one for the fanboys.
Blaphtome Says:
I'm gonna laugh my ass off when coleman rapes shogun. Don't think the kid has found his way around the doping rules yet, but I hope he does soon so I don't have to see his flabby little belly anymore.
WhaT? Says:
Coleman didn't smash it. Shogun was still using that arm after the slam. And if he should stay out of the ring because of that then coleman should also. He cried like a baby after fedor beat him.
TheWarsawExpress Says:
They should call this fight "Two guys trying to get everyone to forget Anderson Silva owned them in less than 2 rounds"
I mean...they are both great but when Joe Rogan said "more natural weight classes" I almost vomited. To test that theory. Lets fight either of these guys against Anderson at 205. If Rich Franklin doesn't have to see Micheal Jackson's plastic surgeon after the fight I will take it back.
Two guys jumping to 205 because someone at 185 owns them. That is a credit to Silva's dominance.
