I had a blast watching brock try his hand at this! I think the comments reflect some truth in what his mind was thinking... He was great for a strong moment but the sport evolves. For a strong moment he was able to lock down people with speed, power, wrist moves as he did with mir, got a few glancing shots in vs randy etc... The carwin fight I HAVE no idea how he survived that and wow when he came back to win that one... wow... The game evolved I think the 1 demise of brock that isn't covered anywhere is this: There are gold medal olympic wrestlers that can school brock at wrestling and the top fighters trained 24 seven on getting up, getting out and not allowing the fight to get to the ground case and point brocks last 2 fights cain velasquez and alliaster how ever it's spelled... The fight world i.e. the top just trained to not get stuck on the ground and take the fight to the stand up game and it worked like a charm.. I think now a fighter must have stand up, speed, form to do anything because if you can't take the guy down you must fight him and you may be a horse but even horses have chin's and if your a punching bag during your fight because your game plan was removed by the other fighter i.e can't take him down you will go down no matter what especially if stand up is sorta your thing... these are the best in the world at striking, kick boxing, it's open to anyone so it's the best..Even boxers, know what it's open to fight so if you the best there is a way to know ... anyways I give brock all the credit in the world he fought the best with courage won some, lost some what are you doing to do! There will be robo champs that are just that good will be shocking if we ever see 10 win's in a row from a heavy weight in the ufc but I think it's upon us!

Vera Vs. Silva will be the rematche of all rematches.

@Xeno - Mostly submissions. I tend to finish fights with chokes. Mostly rear naked and anacondas. For some reason I have retard strength when it comes to squeezing chokes. Other than that TKO's. I have only had one "dead cow" KO. It was pretty bad though. I usually am super pumped and adrenaline is flowing and I am doing the normal Paul Harris "get you some" pose but with this guy I instantly felt terrible like I had really hurt this guy bad.

Vera must be thinking that his nose will be knocked straight this time around. That was one tough learning curve he endured to run right back into another fight with a killer like Thiago. @everyone else: poll, who wins the interim title? Diaz or Condit? My vote is for Condit but it will be a battle. If he can stick to his gameplan and avoid a face punching contest, use his MT, circle, never get caught flat footed, and not allow Diaz to dictate the entire pace of the fight I can see him winning. If it's a close fight, Diaz will take the decision simply based on the UFC is clearly calling fights sometimes based on the fights they want to put together. In my opinion anyways.
