Just when you think bench pressing 120 percent of your bodyweight and doing suicide sets of heavy squats without puking was a major gym accomplishment, GSP has to come along and make you rethink how in shape you really are.
The video above further illustrates the fact that working out is a past time for most of us and for St-Pierre it’s a career he takes more seriously than most fighters competing today.
One thing most of us have over Georges is that no matter how in shape we may be, we would never wear a pair of manties like he does. Seriously, dude. Get a pair of board shorts.

commentsYour telling me that if you watch a wide receiver miss a pass in the nfl you dont clown on the guy? You don't say "wow he kinda sucks" or "man he should be able to catch that no problem"? You say that not because you think you could do better but because you would expect that from him as a top athlete.
Fuck man, didn't know we had so many gymnast fans in Cagepotato.
I can do 100's of those with just one arm.
SUPAAAA FIGHTTTT!!!!! BRINGGG ITT!
Most people aren't impressed because it was a giant build up to GSP doing only a fraction of what many other top athletes can do. It would be impressive if we were given some sort of context, some reason why he only did this amount.
my hats off to you worldly gents!
With Karate he'll kick your ass.

BJ Penn - The video was posted in May 2007, but it looks older based on his hair..
Now do not ask me to do a damn single bench press without a nut rolling accross the floor! But I always could and apparently it is a balance more than anythin thing which is what makes it very hard for most. Even if they are much stronger than I am.
