I agree with Hammer above, Freddies a class act and great trainer. inspirational also with his medical condition he’s still going strong and doesn’t seem to miss a beat.

AA’s been one of my fav fighters, I was concerned about him being up there with absolute best at one time but he did like CC, Timmy S and a few others should do and he’s expanded his training, changed who trains him and working on developing his hands….AA’s always had great hands but you can only improve your abilities working with a guy like Roach. I hope Roach gets a bit more involved in training MMA athletes, I think the best thing CC could do is try to get Roach to train his hands…his LHK has lost a bit of speed and besides any one who fights him knows thats his biggest weapon so they they train to avoid it. I can’t wait to see AA fight, I”m looking forward to this much more than the Ken Kimbo fight…..I wonder about Ken after seeing his last two fights, he’s either can’t take a grazing shot any longer or he’s just trying to get a pay check and if he takes any shots to the head he goes down because hes scared of brain damage.

He really is one of the best trainers out there and Arlovski should really show the benefits of the training. I can’t wait to see the fight.
