From ESPN: The Iceman discusses the hamstring injury that has sidelined him since April, and shares his thoughts on Rashad Evans, who he’ll face at UFC 88 (September 6th, Atlanta). He also says he expects to get the next light-heavyweight title shot after the fight. Sorry, buddy — Thiago’s already called dibs.

Hey a two fight win streak would be one more than Mir and he is getting a title shot.

chuck shouldnt have to fight rashaad after fucking up wandy, like wandy isnt a good enough fighter? imo silva would fuck rashaad up, i see it as going backwards for liddell.

how bout we see a fight b/w Liddel and Machida. Probably a snooze fest b/c both are sorta counter types, But i can see Machida hitting chuck at different angles and winning it.

I'm a big Chuck fan, and I like machida too but Chuck isn't getting any younger so I say give him a shot at getting the belt back from Forrest and after that line up rampage, machida and wandy. That's a few top fights to look forward to no? And while I'm at it, make bj defend at 155 or give it up and work his way up to a GSP fight.

I can see Rashaad beating Chuck. He'll keep using his wrestling ability to take him down to get a points win. Chuck did have a great takedown defense, but that was before he torn his hamstring. Having said that I hope Chuck wins because Liddell vs Griffin will be a better fight than Evans vs Griffin
