It was the only stoppage from last night’s Strikeforce: Melendez vs. Masvidal card, and it was a nasty one. With no 145-pound contenders in sight, Cris Cyborg plans to shed some muscle and dominate at bantamweight in the future.

This cyborg woman is just too much….when a proper challenger comes out…wtf is she goona look like! seriously man, Cris is a lovely woman but its gonna take the bride of Frankenstien to take her on!
She is just a beast. I’m pretty certain she can kick my ass.
@JaredB: I don’t know about the one-dimensional thing. She’s spent a few minutes in a gi. http://www.cagepotato.com/heads-up-the-2011-ibjjf-world-jiu-jitsu-championships-are-under-way/
for those who think men will chew her up google the video of her rolling with tito and slamming him to get out of a triangle. tito was probobly 220 there
I don’t know about WMMA anymore. There’s Cyborg, then there’s everyone else. (S)he would smash any other female fighter. I’m not even interested in seeing her fight anyone anymore. Well, I mean, I guess I am because she smashes people in the first round. But I’m not watching for competition, it’s like I’m watching a freak show.
Yes, she looks good against hopelessly overmatched female opponents 40 pounds lighter than her. The word “can” is tossed around a lot but can it really describes everybody she’s fought except for Gina Carano, who was basically retired by that time and Marloes Coenen, who despite being much smaller did not get completely chewed up. Can we stop with the “she should fight men” thing. A) No she shouldn’t, she would get hurt very badly against a Jose Aldo or a Urijah Faber. B) That’s a freak show that no commission is going to allow and no promotion, even the kind that sink low enough to hire someone like Brett Rogers like TFC would want their name on.
She is so painfully one dimensional and would have so many problems against a complete fighter like even a Megumi Fujii if they were actually the same size.
She looks like a beast against female competition but if she thought she could beat Uriah Faber she would have called him out by now.
Forget Cruz, who wants to see Cyborg beat the crap out of Uriah Faber?

Cyborg is just that, a cyborg. I have it on good authority that she was built in a lab by Lee Majors and Lindsay Wagner.
