Since nobody likes to get right back to work after a four-day weekend, we figured we’d ease you back into your time-wasting routine with a few ridiculous MMA videos. First up, a three-second KO at an Evolution AMMA event that’s notable for what happens after the knockout. The losing fighter is so dazed that not only does he grab onto the referee in confusion, he manages to successfully score mount. Early stoppage, if you ask me.

After the jump: During a 2007 bout in Brazil, new UFC acquisition Maiquel Falcao continues to beat on his opponent long after the fight is stopped. Could this be a bad omen for his UFC career? (And where was that intensity at UFC 123?) Also, video of Bob Sapp‘s latest sad kickboxing match, Saturday night in Sweden, in which the Beast takes a dive at the absolute earliest opportunity.

I heard from a reliable source that prior to his fighting career Bob Sapp was earning a comfortable living wearing a giant purple dinosaur costume and filming children's TV shows. He had to quit and move to Japan to avoid extradition for giving Baby Bop roofies and railing her dino-bits without consent.

@meanfinger Sapp is one of the biggest pussies in the sport, but the all time top spot has to go to Shannon Ritch. 73 losses total, all by stoppage, all but two in the first round.

In all fairness to Bob Sapp.. that was a k-1 match. i'm NOT defending him, he has to be the biggest pussy in the sport. i hope he never fights in the U.S again.. k-1 or MMA. i seen him do the same thing in tacoma @ a strikeforce event, he was paid $100,000 for gettin tko in the first minute. ITS ALL ABOUT TICKET SALES PEOPLE!!! MONEY MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND!!

I'm 100% with Elentius on the Falcao thing. People complained about Mike Kyle for years (and rightly so), but that Falcao fight was way worse. What an asshole!

Also, it is sad to see Sapp as such a joke. I know he has always been a joke, but years ago I would show my friends that were new to MMA the video of Sapp vs. Nog, and that beastly pile driver he did before getting arm-barred. Those were the days...

The ref in the first vid is embarrassed because his jiu-jitsu sucks!

And Kruth's strategy against Sapp: make him chase you for 30 seconds, wing a punch at him, and it's over. Always works like a charm!

I hope that early stoppage comment was sarcasm at its best. The only thing that woke that dude up was the follow-up hit.
I hope Falcao gets destroyed and injured something fierce. He is a piece of shit and should be fighting in the streets.
