Video: Poofy-Sleeved Chuck Liddell Gets Flamboyant in Week 3 of ‘DWTS’

Last week on Dancing With the Stars, Chuck Liddell got to wear MMA gloves, make angry faces, and tear his shirt off. But any tough guy can tango — does Chuck have enough lightness in the loafers to pull off the samba? I’m not a dance expert, so I’m probably the wrong guy to ask. All I know is, those sleeves he came out with at the 1:46 mark were breathtaking. We also saw a tender moment where Chuck and his daughter went out for pedicures. (My God this disintegration of traditional parental roles!)

Despite the awkward humping at 2:25, Chuckie did aight, and the judges were tough but fair. Bruno called it a "samba from Zombietown," which is high praise considering Zombietown’s high dance standards. Once again, Chuck’s score (17) placed him near the bottom but not squarely on the chopping block. Scoring lowest last night was Michael Irvin (14), who somehow did worse than injured white guy Tom DeLay (15).

In all fucking honesty are there no more men in this world? Let’s get some shit straight: it is not ok for men to cry, it is not ok to have to beg your ball-busting wife for sex or permission to hang out with your friends, it is not ok to samba and it is not ok to get fucking pedicures! if chuck doesnt slap that chick on the ass and hump her like a rhinoceros next time out then hes nothing to me now. hes not a brother, hes not a friend. i dont want to know him or what he does.

Chuck just seems soooo uncomfortable about being on TV. That dude moves around more than Michael J Fox in an electric chair with no straps.

More importantly, funny how Forrest’s website doesn’t include his loss to Silva under “Fighter Stats”. And the comments section is pretty harsh too.

Well, it’s nice to finally see Chuck adding some styles to his repertoire. For years and years the sprawl-n-brawl was the only thing we ever saw from him… As he began to decline Hackleman kept declaring empty promises, like, “we’ve added some new aspects to his game.” Alas, every time he entered the cage it was more of the same: wide stance, sloppy uppercuts that left his chin exposed, and telegraphed overhand rights.

So, I guess the old saying is wrong. You CAN teach an old dog new tricks.

It’s obvious after the devastating KO’s delivered by Rampage, Rashad, and Shogun, this man has suffered some serious brain trauma. Pedicures, gay outfits, the samba? It appears he now thinks hes a pretty princess ballerina.
