Our favorite web documentary series, The Reem, is back with another episode to help you waste a bit of your Friday.
In the latest offering of the show, which chronicles Alistair Overeem’s fighting career, training and personal life, we follow "The Demolition Man" to Thailand where he prepares for his upcoming K-1 bout tomorrow night.
While in Thailand Alistair samples shark meat, which could very well replace horse meat as his performance enhancing food of choice and talks about the benefits of training in the humid Asian climate as well as the seedy side of Siam that draws thousands of sick fucks each year from around the globe.
As Alistair deftly explains, "Good guys go to heaven. Bad boys go to Pattaya."
Regardless of whether or not you’re a fan of Overeem, these mini-documentaries show a very intelligent and well-spoken side of the dangerous Strikeforce heavyweight champion that shows a more human and very likeable side of the British-born, Dutch-raised fighter.
I personally can’t get enough of these shows. I’d like to see similarly produced series done about more fighters.

ahhhh Pataya, Thailand. Good times
