I'm not sure I "jumped off the Overeem bandwagon", however I'm a lot more uncertain of how he would fair in the Octagon against JDS or Velasquez. Maybe he wasn't respecting Werdum's striking, but Werdum definitely got the better of a few exchanges, and I feel if Overeem was to allow JDS or Cain to hit him like Werdum did, the fight would be over rather quickly.
