Rashad Evans looks back on his victory over Forrest Griffin and seems surprised that it didn’t feel more special. Geez Rashad, it’s not like you won the WAMMA belt or something. Show it a little appreciation. As far as dealing with a counter-striker, he says that fighting Lyoto Machida will be like “fighting myself,” which at least means that we’ll probably get to see somebody grab their crotch during this one. Penn has finally lost it. Training is some garage who does he think he is Fedor or something. O wait even Fedor still trains in a gym. Rashad is similar but they are still far apart. Rashads a slow starter usually where as Machida is alwas in the flow. I see Machida putting a hurtin on Rashad until the later rounds 2-3 when he finally get warmed-up. The worlds worst street fight was still more entertaining then Andersons last 2 fights not to mention alot shorter.

Is BJ for real? Seriously...I'm pretty stunned by that vid. OK. Maybe I'm making assumptions here. On the good side, it looks like Penn is FINALLY focusing on cardio. That's good 'cause he's gonna need it BIG TIME when he goes up against KenFlo. Also, the fight is 3 months away, so there's plenty of time for him to hit the pads and do some rollin'.
